We were staying at a hotel near Cleveland Clinic and saw that there was a Mr.Hero on 2125 E. 79th St. Cleveland, Oh 44103. We rarely get to eat at a Mr.Hero so we jumped at the chance. We are so glad we did. We stopped in about 7pm on Sunday 1/17/21, right after the Cleveland Browns lost their football playoff game. This group of ppl didn’t let the loss by the home team ruin their day. All 3 of them were extremely outgoing, friendly and helpful. The cheese wasn't even melting, seemed like a different kinda cheese. Hardly any meat and They meat was fried a little to hard for my liking too. Lettece was all welted. I've never gotten a nasty Italiano before until today. I didn't even eat it all, I just picked at it. Not sure what was going on today but I'll never get nothing from this...
