This location is an embarrassment to the franchise and the brand. Easily the worst customer service and management of any PIzza Hut or other Pizza chain I've dealt with. They will mess up your delivery order and refuse to issue refunds unless you drive the bad product back.
I ordered delivery from them today and they messed up our order pretty seriously. I called to let them know and they offered to remake our pizza, on the stipulation that we return that bad pizza to the driver. Interesting request, but my wife and I were hungry and we just wanted to eat. We waited 50 minutes for the replacement pizza to come. When it did not, I called and spoke with the person who answered the phone, who informed us it had left and should arrive "in less than 10 minutes." I returned to my doorstep in anticipation.
After 15 more minutes, I called back and was transferred to the manager Ronda. She informed us that they had remade the 2nd pizza as takeout, and that it had been just sort of sitting there, a pizza for nobody. She offered to remake it for us a 3rd time, however at this point we had given up all hope of having pizza and my pregnant wife had already resorted to ice cream to stave off the hunger of our soon-to-arrive daughter, so I declined and requested a refund.
This is where things go off the rails. Ronda quite angrily balked at the concept of refunding us, less we strap on our overcoats and trek to the store with our cold, sad, decrepit pizza. I pressed the issue further, saying it was unconscionable to ask us to physically return a delivered pizza that they had messed up (twice). I told her I would contact corporate for a refund, and she got verbally angry, throwing out one liners such as "do whatever you want, you signed for it and I got your signature right here" and "we ain't gonna come pick up your old pizza".
Overall, try one of the other fine pizza places in the area and don't bother...
Read moreYesterday was Wednesday and I decided to take advantage of a T-Mobile Tuesday deal. I didn’t even know Pizza Hut was still operating as no one is checking for them. The locations closer to me were all closed and have been for so met time. So I decided to try this new product. I downloaded the app and went to the website. I couldn’t redeem my code. So I called to place the order for pick up. I informed the male employee he said he will deal with it when I come to pay. Second red flag. First was the code not working (although I confit with TMObile). I get there & the same guy tells me they don’t accept codes there. I informed him that he can manually input the coupon code. He said “no I’m not going to do that, we don’t do that here.” Then he said you have to use this deal on Tuesdays. He was incorrect btw as no you don’t. Unless stated, you have an expiration date to redeem by & it’s usually before the next Tuesday deal comes out - which is that Monday prior. I said so first you tell me I can’t use my code & you’re not going to redeem it for me. Then you say I have to use it on tuesdays only, which one is it? Other people had the same code & were upset after hearing my dilemma. So I ended up having to pay full price as it actually was to feed someone else & didn’t want to delay them eating by ordering from somewhere else. I just said I’ll deal with this later. Fiance and I stopped coming to this one due to customer service issues, we choose to drive 5 miles to a different one if we're feeling pizzahut. We decided to take a chance after a few months and try this location again. Last night we ordered pizza for delivery at 620 and was quoted 706 delivery (tracker qouted 25-35mins). At 720 we called to check on our order since I was about to go to work and waiting to enjoy a meal together before I left. The person who answered stated he was out on delivery and would be 20 25mins at most. We asked if they could just make another pizza and we pick it up since it's only 5 blocks away. The lady said only if we pay for both pizzas. We asked to canc that order and just start a new one. The lady declined so we said just canc it we don't want it. We ended up leaving to get BK up the street when the delivery driver pulled up and then sped to the end of our street when he saw us leaving the house and getting in our car. He sat at the intersection at the end of our street, took the pizza from the passenger side and got out of his little black car and threw rhe pizza in the pizza holder in the backseat and threw the receipt on the street.
