BOTTLE STOP — Local services in Cleveland

You know, I do most of my beverage shopping here. Today was the last straw. I can’t stand watching your establishment do bad business every time i come and stand in one of your 5 lines(or should I say the only one that’s ever open). There are multiple registers and multiple people working and even on a Friday or Saturday night you have one line and one person working register. That’s not even the problem. I bite my tongue and just wait like a normal person. I tried to return a broken, lighter minutes after buying it and was not refunded. The owner wanted to argue for 5 minutes instead of just refunding me. It’s my fault that I didn’t check the lighter while I was in the store. That’s a crock of crap. Do you check every lighter that comes into your store for you to sell? I even asked that and she said no. So how on earth are you going to punish your customer for a mistake your distributor made. Mind you this is not the first time I’ve purchased something from your store and it was bad. The best part is that a day or two before I left over 2 dollars in change in the take a penny, leave a penny. The same woman, owner, thanked me several times for doing that. That change could have bought me another lighter. Maybe one that worked. Since I was not getting refunded for the one I bought that was broken before I bought it. It was just a lighter! Your place is becoming a joke and I’m sick of standing in line and listening to all the disgruntled customers say the same things. “There’s only one person working on a weekend!” “Be careful when you check out. They make their own prices.” I hope this still comes off as a friendly review. Maybe you don’t know this is taking place. I feel like you stole from me today. ...

I so thankful they opened a few years ago. I'm a Wine drinker! Sometimes I will get something to make hot totties with, but this place is so clean so well thought out about the placement of its goods. Everything is easy to find and clearly labeled! The Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable (even though I don't think any of them drink. Lol, I could be wrong....but I doubt it) I would Highly recommend this place for your one stop fun shop! State prices for Alcohol and you have all of your juices, soda, lemons/ limes and chips, and snacks all in one! Very friendly!...

I loved this store because it served my situational purpose. That is to say that the airport car rental return location is nearby. Those who seek nips of hooch for the flight, this is your only chance before returning the car rental. You see folks, airlines have robbed passengers in all classes, of their right to have cocktails in flight.I found the guy in this store behind the plexiglass to be helpful in putting together a nice care package for my travel.
