Bylo Gyro — Restaurant in Cleveland

January 2022: Was looking for a quick bite to eat with the team and someone recommended this place. I ordered the regular gyro 🥙 with 2 pieces of baklava.

Pros: The food is delicious 😋. Everything was top notch as far as taste goes 👍🏽👍🏽. Prices were reasonable. I paid almost $9 USD for a gyro and 2 pieces of baklava.

Cons: Long wait time for takeout. I waited 15 minutes for my meal, but my colleagues waited 20-25 minutes for theirs and we all placed orders inside the restaurant at the same time. To their credit, this place gets crazily busy during lunch time. Very small restaurant. The restaurant + waiting area could not be more than 600 square feet. Limited parking area and small parking lot. I had to double park (park behind another vehicle) just to go in. Another person temporarily parked behind me.

Conclusion: The food was great and I will definitely return. I may consider calling ahead to order the next time to...

Okay so normally me and my boyfriend really like going here, and the food is good. I always order my burger the same way no tomato, pickle, no mustard. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was back home and went to actually eat it by then I did call them a few times but they were already closed, my bad I should have checked before even leaving but because I've never had an issue I didn't think about it. So I called the next day and they ask why didn't I bring it back and to bring it back to get it fixed which at this point they have now been sitting still and I could other than the inconvenience having to drive there to bring back food they made incorrectly the day before.

I'm not saying the food is bad or anything besides they made an incorrect order and then when calling wana ask why not calling until...

Tried their food for the first time the other night. Absolutely EXCELLENT! We will certainly be getting food from here again. We had the jumbo traditional gyros and fries. The gyros were HUGE, with loads of meat. All ingredients were fresh and just as they should be. The fries were also perfect being hot, crispy and seasoned. Not mushy and oil soaked! Being our heritage, we know good Greek food when we taste it. This is not a fancy place, but give it try and I think you will be very pleased! My hat is off to these folks. And remember, it's very important that we all do what we can to support local small businesses in these times.
