I had a horrible encounter with a manager named Samantha. She was absolutely horrible. She needs a lesson in customer service. How do you argue with a customer on how their food was made, especially when they made it incorrectly? And how do you argue with a customer on missing items that they paid for and the customer has proof but she still refused to fix the order. Samantha is a HORRIBLE MANAGER! SHE DOESN'T RESPECT CUSTOMERS OR THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME THAT THEY CAME TO SPEND SO THEY CAN HAVE A BREAK from a hard day and not have to cook. Not only that but not everyone has $$$ to WASTE!!! I couldn't believe how so INCREDIBLY RUDE Samantha who is an employee of an institution who has a slogan HAVE IT YOUR WAY" and she doesn't allow the customer to have their food to their way! Read moreGot to this Burger King at 6am attempting to wait for my family to come into the airport since it's one of the few places open that early. No lights were on outside or inside the building in the dining to cue that they were open despite how dark it still is at 6am. At 6:50am I checked the doors because I needed to go to the bathroom but they were all locked despite several workers being inside. There is NO sign on the doors stating that dine-in is closed to the public & NO signs stating that dine-in has different hours. Google says that this Burger King confirmed their hours 10 weeks ago as of me writing this 8/13/22. I also attempted to call this location to ask about this since only 3 cars have gone through the drive thru from 6am-6:50am but no one answered my call. Read moreMcKenzie made my experience so great! I don’t often go out for fast food but when I do I really appreciate having a good customer service experience. Over the years my vision has gotten bad and it can be embarrassing when trying to see things in public at times but while I was in line McKenzie was very patient with me and even offered to help me with whatever I needed. This may seem like a very simple act of kindness but in this day and age it can be very difficult to find help when you need it especially when struggling with a disability. McKenzie not only offered to help with my disability but when I went to pay she found a way to connect with me. albeit, she may have taken too much time connecting with me I do believe that this day and age does breed a sense of disconnection and to have this experience really brighten my day.
