Shake Shack is extremely lucky their food is awesome. The young lady at the counter was very interested in her crazy nails but just so-so about getting food out. The warmer area for the tots must not be turned on or working properly. It was not keeping anything warm. Also where’s the special breakfast sauce for the tots. The young lady at the counter didn't seem to care that you don’t get any. The young lady did mention to my wife they had no shredded letruce but when she got her sandwich it had shredded lettuce on it. Horrible experience i was disrespected when I asked how long it was gonna be because I had a plane to get on this was after I waited 30 minutes people that ordered after me were getting their food first i paid $20 for food I never got the only thing I got for my 20 dollars was disrespect and attitude employees were telling customers they were ready to walk out highly unprofessional atmosphere not only will I never go back to this ghetto establishment I will do everything I can to prevent anybody else from going through what I went through dont waste your time or money on this garbage establishment
