I had a disappointing experience with a staff member who seemed visibly uninterested in helping customers. Her attitude made it clear she didn’t want to be there, which resulted in a poor experience for us before our flight. Instead of assisting with a positive approach, she seemed to put the blame on the customer, which added unnecessary stress to an already hectic travel day. Good coffee, bad tea. Ordered a green tea that I couldn’t drink because it was heavily spiced and I do not like herbal teas. I checked out the website and found there is coconut and ginger in the green tea which is not advertised on the signage in the cafe. If you’re into extra flavors in your tea you will be fine, but if you’re a purist and actually just looking for a high quality green tea, you will not be happy.
