I have always wanted to try this location while at the airport but never had the chance until today while waiting for a flight to Milwaukee. When we arrived we were greeted promptly as we sat down, our drinks were brought out in a timely manner, and the menus are on the table to make finding what you want fast and efficient. The pretzels with beer cheese and grilled "wings" (rib meat pieces) came out in a timely manner, and everything tasted great! Even though everything at an airport is about pace and speed and being on a schedule. Our server Ninoshka never made us feel like we need to rush or not enjoy our meal. She also made sure that our drinks were always filled, our food tasted good and and if there was anything else we needed. All of these things seem like normal at a restaurant but they do not happen everywhere. I am glad we had the opportunity to be served by her. It was worth going through the TSA lines for service THAT good. One of the other surprises, is the prices were not inflated for being at the airport, which is not always the case when traveling. I will be making a point to stop here again because of Ninoshka, the food, the prices and pace of...
Read moreThis was a great place to stop with the family for our trip. The decor in the dining area and the TVs kept our 2 year old twins occupied. They have really good lemonade that they make from scratch. The service was really good considering it was one server for a 20 table dining room. Bless her heart for dealing with the madness and keeping up with all the tables. Price was reasonable for airport and it was better quality than eating fast food. My wife enjoyed her burger here better than at Red Robin.
My only issue that keeps me from giving this 5 stars is that there are too many tables packed into that small dining room, and as a restaurant designer and concern for public safety, it would be difficult to get out of this restaurant quickly if necessary. It also makes things difficult for strollers and wheelchairs to...
Read moreSo disappointed from the start. The service was catered to people of non African decent. Every opportunity that could reflect a different outcome was not taken, instead but continued. To have to feel outcasted and disrespected is not your typical thought for dining out. The food tasted (chicken sandwich) HORRIBLE! Overall I believe there is alot of room for improvement going into 2025, because CLE AIRPORT this is how your represented. Like maybe giving another restaurant the opportunity to serve and help the patrons have a rememberable short time while patronizing the airport and restaurant. QUAKER STATE also, the responsibility does not solely lie on the airport. Training and coaching in a public service...
