Horrible service.
First, I'm told I need to order the subs online after showing her a screenshot of what I want on my tablet. I try to explain that I have no online user and that it would be more complicated, and besides, my tablet is only wifi compatible. She says I can use their unsecured wifi. I really don't want to do that with a monetary transaction. She keeps insisting since it'll make it easier for her to get the order right.
To get the order going, I finally pull out my phone, create the online order and have to enter all my information, including name, address, card number, etc. It would have been so much easier to just take the order and have me swipe the card at the cash register. I wait... I get the order and I come home.
At home, I notice that my order came out incorrect. I go back to get it replaced.
She (Angie or something similar I believe) admits to getting the order wrong, but she refuses to replace it with a correct order and says that I need to talk with a manager who won't arrive until the next day.
I sit down and browse the web on my phone to try to find out how to contact someone at Subway Support who can make this right. While I'm doing this, the gas station worker comes up to me and asks what the problem is and if he can make a new sandwich for me. He does so, and I am finally able to leave with the subs I ordered.
I am so grateful for the man at the gas station. Thank you so much! You are so very much appreciated! But unfortunately, I will never order a sub from this Subway again, since he may not be there to save the...
Read moreI will never eat here again. The only reason I visited was to do a favor for a friend. I stopped going here years ago when I seen first hand the unsanitary way the workers made people food. This trip I watched the two people working ( 1 male- 1 female) both had on gloves while handling food. The issue I had, is they were taking money, opening the dirty handle oven door, making sandwiches, touching veggies, then meat, then salad topping, and then placing their whole hand on sandwiches to tuck th cut them in half with the same GLOVES ON! EWWW! Over and over I watched this. When my turn came I politely asked her to change her gloves! My friend didn't eat pork! She used the same gloves she had on when I came in to make others sandwiches, touching the chicken, the pork, the turkey, the beef.......then all of the vegetables! Eww eww eww! She said.." oh I'm sorry I meant to change my gloves, yes I can do that " really I didn't want it after all I seen but this person was at work with mo lunch. NEVER EVER GO HERE! And if you do.....watch how they handle your food. gloves should be separated by food. Veggies, pork, beef ,chicken, cheese, oven, register!!! No way! Uncleanness is...
Read moreProbably the worse subway I've been to. I ordered 2 foot-longs, a chicken bacon and a tuna. The subs made were really sloppy. The employee who prepared the food seemed to have no clue what to do or hasn't been trained properly, ot take pride in their work. Food put into the subs had no balance or finesse, too much tuna and chicken and sauce them. They were literally slap into the bread. When I came back home and unwrap the subs to eat, the sauce were pretty much everywhere on the outside of the bread like wrapped sloppy joes. Totally disappointed how the food were made. I've been coming to this place off and on over 1 year now and each time seem to get worst and worst. This will be my last. I used to enjoy subway but not at this location. I will not be surprise this place close down in a year or two if...
