I grew up going to the Cozumel in Brunswick but wasn't ready for how impressed I was gonna be by this one. The food was great. The chips were salted well and we couldn't get enough of them. I love that each of us got our own bowl of salsa. I would be very surprised if it wasn't made in house too. There were some pretty large chunks of red onion so it wasn't just a puree. I also got a pretty bit piece of super hot jalapeno towards the bottom of my bowl that wasn't in any of the other bites, so it felt like it wasn't from a store. The Burrito A La Diabla was nice and spicy. The chicken was either coated with or marinated in a nice hot sauce, not just thrown in there from the normal grilled chicken. The rice was fine, not super flavorful, but nice and tender. The beans blew me away. They weren't blended up and fried, they were still whole and super tasty. There might have been pork in there too. I honestly don't think I've ever been impressed by beans before. The Fajita Rice Bowl was good. The Fish Tacos were also good and came with some really fresh guac that wasn't even listed on the menu's description. Drinks were filled to the brim. The menus were super clean and salsa proof too. Service was fast and friendly. All the employees looked like they just had their hair cut, very clean and professional looking. They've got hand blown glass light fixtures, laser cut metal art, murals on the wall, everything looked great. Even their floor and the plastic dividers between the booths were nice. I'm very impressed.

Located at the I-71 exit. So be aware of the highway robbery prices. New local, very clean, modern style. Large parking. Crowded boot and a few large groups tables. Bar is well equipped and spacious, no try anything from it but not see a dedicated bartender either. Cozumel is not new to restaurant business. Decide to stop by with the intention of write a 5 star review but, 1- they have a crew working around the customers actively dining not observing any social distancing rules and moving parts around. 2- Typical food, chain restaurant style w limited lunch menu, at least they have Speedy Gonzales. Tortillas are sweet, supermarket style. 3- too expensive for what we get served. 4- The food took too long to be served and ours was served almost cold. 5- The crew make the fatal restaurant mistake of serve food to other table that order after us. The two stars are due the the fried ice cream was very good.

The Four Points Sheraton Cleveland Airport had no food service by the time I checked in. They recommended this restaurant, it was the only one in walking distance so I went. The hostess got me seated right away, the salsa arrived quickly and, omgoodness, it was tasty! Just enough heat to keep you dipping in with another chip. I ordered the Burrito Ala Diablo. This was also spicy, but very well cooked. The chicken was still moist and the chorizo was tasty. My only disappointment was in the refried beans. When I saw my plate arrive, the beans were orange. Every time I see orange refried beans, they don't taste good. I'm not sure what spice does this, if it's even a spice. The beans were bland. My server, Eduardo, was attentive and friendly. Overall, I'd eat there again. Maybe next time, I'd try the charro beans!

Let me start by saying my service was not good. I came during lunchtime with two of my other friends and when the waiter got to the table and it was time for him to take our order. It felt really rushed. I was hardly able to finish saying my order before he decides to move to the next person to take their order and same thing with their orders. That was the start!! after 35 minutes of waiting the food comes out the food and one was not hot. I ordered some beef enchiladas, and on the enchiladas you can still see the shredded cheese, not melted not only that My Bestfriend didn’t like her food at all. She didn’t like that it didn’t have any flavor and she told the waiter I don’t like my food after taking literally one bite, and he told her well. You already ordered it and tried to walk away. Then she requested to speak to the supervisor because because the food did not taste good and the supervisor never came to the table he sent these server back and the server aggressively asked for the plate back aggressively ticket from her hand and walked. My other friend also hated his food, but he decided to eat because he didn’t have time to get anything else. He didn’t want to make a scene and as far as my food, everything was completely nasty! This is not my first time going here the first time I went here the food was great today. They showed me a whole Nother side of them. The service was awful when I told them that I didn’t like my food after taking maybe two bites whole plate sitting in front of me. The chicken tasted like it was boiled with nothing but water no seasoning no flavor. It was tough as hell and It was just an awful experience and it started my day off terribly and the top of it all off after I told them that the food was not good. They argued with me about “their people” who come to the restaurant love their food and when I explained to him that this time the food is not good. He told me never to come back and then try to charge a mandatory gratuity even though my service was terrible. I feel like if I was Mexican this would’ve been a whole different experience but because I am an African-American, I feel like they gave us a really hard time. Wont recommend and i need to speak to...

Was at this location for the 1st time today. Must say I was extremely disappointed. I love Cozumel, normally go to the Lakewood one. But figured we would try this one out. They weren't busy at all which we thought would be a good thing. (There were 2 other tables that's it) WRONG. We got sat, it took forever for our server to come to the table. When he did, we gave our drink order and appetizer. He never came back till he brought the app. So we put in our food order, never seen him till the food was brought out. We needed refills and napkins, and again no where to be found. The female waitress was spilling food on the ground and left it. A table left and there was food and junk on the floor, they never bothered to clean it up. FINALLY after we went and looked for our server, we got napkins and refills. When we were done eating, yet again couldn't find our server to get a box and check so we asked the female server. Another 10 minutes went by before anyone brought them to us. Never checked on us or anything while we were there. The food was ok. I was completely disappointed being as it was Cozumel. This is our absolute favorite place to eat. Guess we will be sticking to the Lakewood location because this one definitely wasn't worth our time. Also when we got there, the female server was on the phone with a customer being extremely rude to her about deliveries. For being new, they really need to buckle down on their help. I could see if they were busy, but 2 or 3 tables in the whole restaurant is...
