Subway — Restaurant in Cleveland

There is nothing particularly special about this Subway...it is like every other sSubway you've been to: sandwiches that range from pretty bad to mediocre, "fresh" toppings that don't look fresh, microwaves to hear up your food. Don't get me wrong, I've had plenty of Subway sandwiches in my day, but if given a choice I would choose literally any other sub shop (Quiznos, Jersey Mike's, Dave's Cosmic, Jimmy Johns...the list goes on).

So by no means do I want to suggest there is any reason to avoid this location. I just recommend avoiding Subway anywhere...

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee named Sai was extremely rude and did not follow simple instructions regarding my order. I clearly explained how I wanted my sandwich made, but he ignored my requests and did not do anything properly. His attitude was unprofessional, and he seemed uninterested in helping customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue, as customer service is just as important...

This is the one inside of Walmart..after shopping me and hubby he asked did I want a sub ..I said sure since it was lunch time about 1pm we both had a Italian bmt with honey oak bread and I was excited because I haven't had honey oak in years 🙃..we got them toasted and when we were waiting someone tried to walk off with our cart 😭 then when we got home with the sandwiches they were over toasted when we tried to bite into it was crunchy crumbs were falling. .we will not visit this...
