Wendy's — Restaurant in Cleveland

I went through the drive thru and they were extremely rude at the speaker. She didnt get my order correct at all. I ordered 2 jbc add extra mayo. They had nothing but one piece of over cooked bacon. Not even cheese was on them. I spent 24 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my 2 jbc's and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. I went in to complain to the manager and she was like talking to a rock. She just wanted to talk on her phone about her new weave she had done. The weave looked lije she picked up road kill, weave that was laying in the street and glued it to her head. And filth of the place! The workers didn't have their nasty hair in hair nets. There was food spilled all over the dinning room floor. The floors behind the counter was so oily the workers could barely walk slow without slipping. No one would answer at the drive thru to the point I thought it was closed. When I went up to the window I noticed the employees playing around dancing and singing. I tapped on the window asked if they were open with an attitude they said YES and then continued to screw up my order as I repeatedly had to tell them what it was. They ran my card then told me they didn't have a chocolate frosty so they said they refund me. It took forever to get another employee over there to do the refund and then as she gives me the money a second later she hands me a chocolate frosty??? Ok I thought a minute ago there was no chocolate frosty. Then employee gets an attitude about giving her the refund money back to her. I gave it back waited forever to get my food and they still didn't give me the right stuff. I'm done coming here this hasn't been the only time this...

Went here on November 1st around lunch time. Put my order in goes to drive thru let them know I have a mobile order get to window and get told. I have to come inside because of a system issue. Just wasted about 8 mins in the drive thru. Come inside and the manager explains what's going on. No issue I asked for my cup to make my drink. The employee female decides to curse at me because I walked off to cool down. She claims I'm being rude and proceeds to curse at me and slams my empty cup on the counter. After that me and her exchanged words and I walked out because nobody not even my mother is about to talk to me crazy. I want my refund of 10.79 ASAP and I will be contacting corporate about this incident and won't be coming back to this location.
