Arby's — Restaurant in Clifton Heights

Got my order wrong twice and then did not take responsibility for the mistake hung up on me as I was complaining about the issue didn't care whether or not I gave you a bad review blaming ubereats for their mistakes as well we ordered two beef and two large beef and cheddar meals with potato cakes in order of jalapeno poppers a chicken sandwich and they forgot our potato cakes and jalapeno poppers went to ubereats to complain and refund our money we ordered the we ordered the size again then we never got the size it gave us the blue breeze God gave us the wrong order we had direct delivery so we were the first one to be delivered to so if he gave us the wrong order or they gave him the wrong order but no one wants to take responsibility for the issue we God never came back to try to fix it Uber is going to review the claim. the real issue is Arby's I called Arby's to complain instead of taking responsibility like they should that were good customer service demands they passed to Buck try to blame ubereats because if they never forgot to see size in the first place I would never try to get them again and they should have took responsibility for that was I got my money back or not disturbing trying to make it right with the customer it's a passing the buck off and hanging the phone up on me.

To describe the sandwich selections at the Arby's, it is top notch. Now that I think about it, I was there for a barbecue bacon roast beef sandwich with some cheese and a Coca-Cola (coke). They're up to par. The service is amazing, and the staff working there were doing their do diligence to provide customers excellent customer service. The atmosphere can use some improvement because there's always room for improvement. The food and service get a 10/10 and the atmosphere 8.5/10. I would consider going there again. Even work there if I have to. To put it on a positive side, shout out to every Arby's employee and manager for their hard work dedication and results. It is REALLY physically taxing to be on your feet during an entire shift (as it is with other jobs). It's also mentally draining when the place gets busy when dealing with the public.
