Wish I can give this nasty assistant manager at burgerIM Zero stars!! Placed a order at 12:08 online. Arrived at 12:30 and was told something didn't work and she just gave them the order and I would have to wait ten minutes. I get 1/2 hour for lunch and it takes a 1/2 hour for the round trip so I tell her that I don't want it. She yells to back to cancel the order. Then refuses to give me a refund. So I am out $8 and had no lunch because something didn't work.

Reply to manager: Your assistant manger: "can I help you" Me: "I am picking up a online order" Your assistant manger: I just gave them the order the (pointing at something) didnt work. You have to wait 10 minutes. Me: I dont have 10 minutes. I do not want the order. Your assistant manger: Shouting to the cooks in the back: "cancel the order I just gave you." I left. Called a few hours later and asked for the manger. The same assistant manger told me you weren't in, I ask when you would be in and wa told you do do have set hours. I asked for a refund and was told she spoke to you and you told her not to give me a refund.

If the burgers were really being made, would it have taken an addition 10 minutes? If the assistant manager smiled and said I am sorry it will just be a few minutes, there was a problem with our system, I would have waited. I was treaty rudely and I absolutely did NOT call her a "bad word." Its not in my DNA and I...

I've been coming here for about a year now this place is clean the people are very very friendly and patient they take orders quickly the food is fast the food is always fresh and hot and delicious the cause the workers are very friendly battery catering to all of your needs they welcome you by your name and remember you this is a great place to come after school for lunch break you know took Saturday night out with the kids for a quick lunch Everything they also have the ice cream machine which is really fun and cool too and free coffee here empty they got dessert options and plenty of room my favorite is the gyro platter and they also ignore very complimentary And generous with the portions the prices are battery of very very good especially for the quality of the food they always are quick they give you a lot of information for whatever questions that you have they'll cater the order to whatever of if you wanted something added or changed or altered they have no problem...
