UPDATE: we returned 3/6/23 for ice cream, giving them the benefit of the doubt, yet again ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Sat in the drive through for over an hour, and couldnât even leave if we wanted to because of the other vehicles that were also stuck. Took over 45mins to order, then upon ordering we were told âI will take your order in a second.â Excuse me? After making customers wait over 45mins to order staff didnât even apologize for the wait or even try to explain why they were taking so long. We waited another 20mins to even get our food, we didnât even get an explanation when we asked what the hold up was. We were handed our food, and staffed slammed the window on us. Our ice cream wasnât even made right, it was nuts threw in a cup for the turtle ice cream we ordered and chocolate ice threw in a cup for the brownie shake we ordered. HORRIBLE SERVICE! POORLY MANAGED!!! Go to the 6&50 location better service there, staff is friendly and food is made correct and fresh everytime. Iâm not sure if 6&50 is part of the same franchise , but donât waste your money here! This place is a joke and whoever is running this location should be ashamed of how poor their service is. The best thing that could happen for this location is it shuts down.
We get Freddyâs all the time, they have never messed up our order. Upon receiving itâs always fresh and amazing. This time was completely unexpected and unacceptable. Our food was cold and disgusting, by the time we received our food it looked like it had been sitting on the counter for ever, it was cold- presented in our bags poorly. We ordered a plain cheese burger meal, the receipt even shows it and they put everything on our burger. They gave us 2 small fryâs instead of large and regular. We tried contacting them regarding our order (we door dashed) the line was ringing off the hook and we never got through to somebody. What a waste of money. Most certainly lost my business! As regular customers who typically enjoy dining at Freddy's, my family and I visited your location this evening. Shortly after completing payment, I noticed an error on my receipt showing a charge for an additional item I had not ordered. When I immediately returned to the counter to request a correctionâbefore receiving any foodâI was informed that company policy prohibits refunds under any circumstances. While I appreciate that your manager attempted to resolve the situation by offering a personal refund, this response highlighted a concerning policy gap. The inability to correct a clear billing error made by staff, particularly when no product has been dispensed, seems inconsistent with standard customer service practices. Additionally, the subsequent 15-minute delay in receiving our order, during which several other customers who ordered after us were served first, compounded the poor experience. This policy appears to create an unreasonable burden on customers for staff errors and may inadvertently prioritize revenue protection over customer satisfaction. For a transaction error that required no complex processingâespecially a cash transactionâthe inability to make corrections suggests a policy that may need reconsideration. I hope you will review this policy to determine whether it serves your customers and business reputation effectively.    Read moreWe stopped by this store on our way out of town and felt the need to give a shout-out. The manager was outside doing yard maintenance, which was surprising to see, as I didnât think that was part of a manager's job. While we were there, I witnessed a couple getting upset with the staff about the soap dispensers. The staff immediately went to address the issue. My wife was in the women's restroom and got soap without any problem, so Iâm not sure if the lady just didnât know how to use the dispenser.
I saw the staff come out with the men's dispenser in pieces and headed to inform the manager about it. The couple was outside confronting her, which was quite unbelievable. When she came back inside, they mentioned that it had been pulled off the wall âagain.â The poor woman was pouring sweat but assured them she would figure it out. She washed her hands in a sink right next to where we got our food and checked on us. Which we found hilarious as the couples complaint was if there's no soap in the bathroom they must not wash there hands, with how busy it was I'm not sure when they would even have time to use the restroom, but anyone who's been in a food establishment should know there's plenty of sinks and maybe even an employee bathroom.
