Well, Taco Bell just took the cake in the competition, and here is why. I ordered the number. one item on the menu that consisted of 3 crispy tacos and a drink of Pepsi Cola at the cost of $10.00 , that was not justified the 10 bucks I've spent and here it is why although the tacos were great the amount of beef on the tacos was very limited and it does not compare with the hamburger patties from the hamburger places at less prices, to me and my family opinion it was not worth the price of the meal, as they order the same meal the the day before, the meal price to all of us agreed comes to about from $ 6.00 to $ 6.50 per order the trick here is that the called the supreme order but, what is the supreme order that only have the usual lettuce and tomato with a very limited amount of cheese , ? It's either this is a rip off or they give us the wrong orders , four orders of the same to my family and myself , I know that managers of these franchises follow the instruction of the franchises management having reviews about the foods from customers go on deaf ears and they will keep screwing the customers, when I asked a member of the Taco Bell team, the answer was, " since the salaries have gone up, the franchise management have passed the cost on the general public" this is mess up since most of the consumers like Taco Bell, this make us go to taco less frequently , we used to go every single week of the month now we can go maybe once a month, again it's not the manager s fault, it's the corporation's fault, so I have given this opinion so you have an idea of what to expect when you go to taco bell, prices for their food it's not any different than before only the price and amount of beef have change, so friends there you have it a review to make you think twice about about what to expect when you want visit Tac 🔔 you want more beef get a Whopper from BK or quarter pounder from Mickie dees. So now that I have explained this survey, it's all. Up to you, if you have plenty of money to pay for so little food this survey is not for you but, if you're on a budget definitely this survey is for you. I will give this fast food restaurant. 7 out of 10. For the food, it tastes good, not great but good, the service is prompt and respectable, the atmosphere is somewhat ok, and you can enjoy your meal in peace. The location is kinda tricky I was going to park around the back of the restaurant until I saw a notice that the parking belongs to McDonald's so, friends pay attention to notices about parking. Read moreI got charged twice for my order and when I told the employees about it they told me there was nothing they could do... This is after talking to a polite cashier and a not so friendly assistant manager and an even worse general manager. I showed them on my statement that I was clearly charged twice at the exact same time (I have the time stamps to prove it) but before even looking the general manager started making excuses saying that it was a pre-auth and then saying that it was refunded. I work in retail and I know what a pre-auth is and have never had one at a fast food restaurant. That's beside the point though since I proved to them it wasn't and when I did they said there wasn't anything they could do. They eventually gave me a number to call. Because you know that's helpful whatever happened to customer service? From the moment I started talking to management, it was a feeling of sure whatever you say, please go away. Now even though I ranted about this unresolved issue I moved on and purchased food from this restaurant again about a week later and I was baffled. I ordered a few things but the main problem besides the food being cold was that I ordered a soft taco and received a hard shell taco. Ok that's not a big deal I like hard shell tacos it's not the end of the world but seriously I started laughing out loud when I opened the wrapper and saw that my taco was empty. There was about 2 ounces of ground beef and even less cheese I have a picture and I'll post it here if I can it was laughable, ... Literally. There was no lettuce tomato or sour cream or anything else that would've or should've been in there. I'm not sure what's wrong with this specific taco bell my guess would be poor management based on how I was treated. Read moreI placed an order this afternoon for a LG Baja Blast and a bean burrito on the Taco Bell app for pickup. I waiting in my vehicle for about 10 minutes as I monitored the tracking status. I finally decided to go in and at least get my drink because it was noon and I clearly understood they were experiencing a lunchtime rush. I worked in the food industry for years so I’m very observant and lenient before I react negatively to poor service. I sat down at a table for about 5 minutes and the app alerted me that my order was ready. I approached the cash register and patiently waited as I watched multiple customers being called for completed orders. After another five minutes I stood directly in front of the entire lunch crew. Numerous employees made eye contact and never bothered to ask if I needed assistance or anything. I finally decided to give up on the $1.89 burrito after being ignored by 4 different employees. I obviously was not a priority whatsoever so it seemed pointless to continue standing there expecting a minuscule amount of service. I proceeded to call the manager after leaving the Clifton location. I advised him to inform his staff to prioritize customer service even if you’re busy and pushing through a rush. A simple, “Have you been helped?” would have changed the whole scenario but it was too much of an inconvenience and after the snarky response from the manager it’s obvious why his crew is so careless and rude. I have been a loyal customer to this location for over 10 years and the service and food has always been superb. I honestly think it was just a rough afternoon and I understand the intensity of a lunch rush but you have to maintain customer service at all times or you shouldn’t be in the food industry.
