A Disappointing Experience at 357 Reloaded
I recently had the misfortune of dining at 357 Reloaded, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever encountered.
-Food Quality: A Major Letdown
To start, the food was way below standard. I genuinely went in with no explanations and was still let down. I ordered the wings, which were priced at an outrageous $16 for just 10 wings. Unfortunately, they did not live up to even the most basic expectations. They were undercooked and lacked flavor, making them a complete waste of money.
I also tried the Reuben sandwich, which was equally disappointing. The bread was soggy and unappetizing, and the overall presentation left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher quality meal.
-Service: Clueless Staff
The service did not help improve my experience. The staff seemed completely clueless and unable to answer even simple questions about the menu. Our waitress never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything else, leaving us feeling neglected throughout our meal. It felt like they were more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. This lack of attention made the dining experience even more frustrating.
-Unpleasant Surprise: Credit Card Processing Fee
To add insult to injury, I noticed a credit card processing fee on my bill that was not posted anywhere in the restaurant. When I politely asked the manager if this could be removed, they threw a fit instead of addressing my concern professionally. This kind of response is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole. When I expressed my concerns about both the food and service, I was met with rudeness that was truly shocking. Instead of addressing my complaints with professionalism or empathy, they dismissed my feedback outright. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any establishment, especially one that charges premium prices.
-Conclusion: Avoid at All Costs
Overall, my visit to 357 Reloaded was a complete disappointment from start to finish. With terrible food, clueless staff, an unexpected credit card fee that wasn't disclosed anywhere, and a rude manager, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and seek out a place that values its customers and serves...
Read moreUsually this place is a 5/5 smash hut, Usually it's pretty great. Usually was not what we're treated to tonight. We wanted to take my grandma to her favorite burger place for her 67th birthday. She loves this place. Well we get there and get our drinks and our waitress forgets the straws for the first 10 minutes. No biggie. The other waitress with the high ponytail and glasses hip checks my mother. Now we're large people I get that, but it looked almost on purpose. So we order, I get the BYOB without peppers, grandma gets the classic and mom gets the bacon burger with a side of hip check from the same waitress. Ooookay so we wait for our food... For nearly an hour and a half. No joke. And for at least 12 minutes our food sat in the window. Know what wasn't waiting? My mother's third time getting hip checked. So now I'm noting ever time this chick walks by so I can lean in my chair to barricade her from walking past. Alright so the burgers arrive and... Mine has no cheese but yes bell peppers. The burgers were over cooked and all of it was as icy as it could get. This sucks 357 used to be our favorite burger spot. At least our waitress was nice, the fries were still good too. Really the only upsides saving this from a 2 or 1 star.
Update: place has gotten worse. Crap floating in our water, foods over cooked (One burger is "rare" one is "medium" and just bad, servers ignore us for 30 or more minutes and when we bring up the water floaters they brought out the same cups (we figured they might we marked the bottom with lipstick). I put photos of the random water floaters but am taking this down to a one star. It used to be so good. I wonder what the...
Read moreMy wife and I (both retired) have been frequenting this spot for just over a year, usually during the week. We usually have an ok experience during the week except they always seem to be out of some side dish or main course. Every now and again that can be expected but every time? Anyway, today we went there for lunch, second time ever on a Saturday. They seem to have the "B" Team for staff on the weekends. Today was no different. We arrived at 11:15 and were given menus and our beverages promptly enough, we made our order then we sat, and sat, and sat, and sat. We didn't order anything special or specially cooked, just two sandwiches and sides off the menu and no side that we were told they were out of. Anyway, we sat some more. The people in the booth behind us got their food, slowly as well, but before us and they came in after us. Ok, that can happen. But then another couple that came in after us got their food ahead of us too. Now it's 11:55 and with zero food in sight, and with the couple behind us having received AND finished their food we asked our ditzy young waitress if she could check on our food. She came back apologetically and said: "Sorry but they haven't started it yet. There's a brand new kitchen staff back there there today and they are messed up." My wife asked her; "Well, they seemed to get these other peoples food out ok so what's the story?" All she could say was "......hamina-hamina-hamina." So who knows what really happened but I suspect she never turned in our order. So, will we go back? Eh......maybe.........but we'll never, never, EVER go back on a weekend. Buyer...
