Chipotle — Restaurant in Clifton

I prefer Chipotle over Qudoba but this location needs a LOT of work. Cleanliness has gone way down hill at this location. Last time I was there I watched one employee handle money then immediately roll up a burrito without changing his gloves. During the same visit I watched another employee drop something on the ground, pick it up and then go back to prepping food without changing gloves while another scratched his beard with gloves on then go back to the food prep line. I just canceled my order and left after that. The food is ALWAYS 5+ minutes late at the window and the rice is NEVER cooked all the way. I don’t understand why they have such a hard time cooking rice but it is always crunchy. Add to the fact that their portions are always very stingy if you go through the drive through (corporate policy), and they are 20-30% more than Qudoba, I can’t give them a...

Avoid this location. This was the first time I was ever not given cilantro when ordering a burrito. Apparently, this is a new corporate policy, as when I reached out to them in hopes it was just a misunderstanding with the staff, their response was ‘they could not offer any solution’ to the matter. This is completely absurd, especially when I can buy an entire bundle of cilantro from the grocery store for a quarter…. I’m sad to see Chipotle go down this path of eliminating their clientele over de minimis items. Thankfully, I live in an area that has many competitors to Chipotle, so will be taking my business elsewhere, going forward. I hope this location invests their nickel savings this...

This chipotle does everything right, once a month I drive from Denver to Grand Junction only for a bowl (tortilla on the side) from this chipotle. I make a pit stop at Moab too but it’s mainly about this Grand Junction chipotle. I go to sleep dreaming about the food I get served here and will be a lifetime customer of this store specifically.
