The biggest mistake of my life!!! I went to KB glam studios on a recommendation from a coworker for ombrĂ© eyebrows. I went there after I saw a few pictures on her Instagram and my coworkers eyebrows and assumed she knew what she was doing. I got them done in July and right when she was done I saw so many imperfections that I questioned why they looked like that. Karla kept telling me to trust the process and that they would look better in a couple of weeks. This was my first time getting them done and I shouldâve done more research on something that was permanently on my face. I waited the two weeks and as the pigment got lighter I hated them more because you could see the unevenness of the brows and they looked like a 5 year old traced them out with a sharpie. It was the worst thing I couldâve done. I was so desperate that I started to look for other experienced artists to fix the problem Karla at KB glam studios had left me with. I reached out to her and she didnât respond For two weeks and when she finally did, she told me to go back for the touch up. I refused to go back bc she clearly stated that the touch up will make the pigment darker and that is NOT what I wanted due to the fact that the pigment never really faded. It was dark enough after 3 weeks. On top of the fact that I no longer trusted her work. I later had to pay 1200$ at a prestigious place to get them fixed and even though they made them look symmetrical they are not perfect because they had to work with all the imperfections that Karla left my eyebrows with. Itâs been a nightmare! Iâm so distraught with this whole process I wish I could go back in time and never had done them. I feel self conscious and now Iâm worried about the long term effects and appearance. Please think twice about getting PMU. Itâs not worth it, and if you do please do...
Read moreI recently visited this studio for the first time with my daughter and 3 nieces. I wanted to gift them a mani/pedi experience at a clean nice place. While the prices were not as cheap as other places for kids under 12, the service went above and beyond any place I went to before. They were clean, and gave the girls a full mani/ pedi experience complete with cuticle removal and massages. They were patient while the girl, (all under 12 yrs) picked, changed their minds, and then picked again the colors they wanted. The owner was very courteous and kind and her cousin and daughter who also helped were very welcoming and sweet. While we only got mani pedis and i got a gel pedi, they offer a range of services that im excited to try in the future. We definitely got our money's worth and I will be making this studio my go to for nails from now on! Thank you girls for making my girls' mani/pedi experience one that they'll...
Read moreI did not like what I got. From the start, I did not feel confident in them, but I am someone who at least tries with working it out with my nail techs. It was a mistake for this visit. I had to end up improvising with the design because it seemed like nothing of what I asked for could be done. I should have instead asked for my nails to be removed because the designs on the nails cannot be seen other than on one finger. I donât feel as if it is fair to charge me $75 for something that was not what I wanted. I even specifically told them one shape of my nails, but got another. It is at the END of the appointment that I was told that if I needed a more intricate design, I would have paid more by the hour. At least the place is clean and I didnât come out with botched nails. But I am positive I will never return. If you have a specific design, expect to either pay more to somewhat get it close, or not get the design you...
