The service is really going downhill at this location, likely due to understaffing. I placed an order in the app around 1pm and upon arriving saw only my drink, but the order was displayed as "completed" on the display they have. I asked one employee and he said my food wasn't done yet, but he didn't take the time to really check. I waited and saw other people whose orders were displayed as "in progress" getting their food. When I asked another employee, she gave me attitude and tried to just have me wait until I kept insisting something was wrong. It had been sitting on the counter without a name marked on it the entire time.
Mistakes happen - the bag should have been marked with my name so I could tell it was mine. But asking twice between two differebt employees and having to fight just to get them to check on my order instead of just blowing me off is just ridiculous.
Aside from that, this location often gets orders wrong, heats things ordered as "not heated" and drink quality varies - sometimes tasting very watered-down. They need to be much more mindful of quality of service, order precision, and being helpful...

I have been here twice for mobile order and in store, both times they have been extremely rude especially the blue hair woman. when they do the pick up order for the drinks, they never cover the mouthpiece with the sticker or the stick that goes in. I had ordered three items of food and the woman standing by the pick up order area making drinks didn't offer me a bag or anything I had to ask, and she seemed annoyed that I even asked for a bag, but it would just make sense that if you have more than one food item to carry out +2 drinks that you would have a bag available . I just feel like everything is done halfway and if you don't like your job, you should find another one instead of being miserable and rude to customers.
