3rd time eating here and it will be our last!!! . Food is horribly cooked or underdone, I got the grilled chicken today and the romaine LETTUCE was disgusting and soggy, the fries were way too salted and underdone, my boyfriend's chicken sandwich had BLACK bacon! The food here is never fresh! Their soda from the machine tastes dirty and lobby is dirty..... I finally had it with the food and decided to get my money back instead of complaining and getting a new order. (If you call and complain, you'll get fresh food.... When it should be fresh the first time) The manager was rude and treated me as if I was stupid and lying , told me to bring my food in so she can see it. Once we got there, I showed her my food which was on my paper plate, (dug the disgusting brown romaine LETTUCE out of my trash), she told me if the food was disgusting she expects the whole order, yes it was disgusting so I took the lettuce out decided to eat some more but couldn't because my bread was gross ( hence the spit out peice on the plate) and the chicken smelt like tuna! She explained that the romaine isn't lettuce.... Yes it is... It's called romaine LETTUCE! And I know exactly how it should look on a sandwich! She says its supposed to look like that.... NO IT'S NOT ! It's supposed to look fresh and have it's original color not brown and soggy.. Almost looked like moss or spinach. We did get our money back, but we will not eat here again! The manager was rude and didn't listen to what all I had to say, she interrupted me to let me know I'm wrong Oh and the bun, she told me since I ordered the regular instead of wheat, that the chicken will make it soggy, no.... I have done it before, the bread looked like the chicken had been sitting on it for a while or as if I soaked the edges in water, so when I say soggy... It's soggy. She basically rushed us. Read moreI just ordered through Wendy’s website for delivery. Upon receiving my delivery, I noticed all items were correct minus one of the sandwiches. This is the second time in a row this has happened where Wendy’s has made the wrong item ordered. I called the store and got Anthony, “the manager” I told him the situation, asked him what he could do and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. He was very short and rude from the beginning and had a “I don’t care attitude” makes sense being a manager at Wendy’s, the man-child must have very high aspirations. He then hung up on me so I called back, getting another man stating he was “the manager” I told him the situation with Anthony and how unprofessional he is, then told him what happened. He then said “no way it could’ve been us, it was DoorDash” which makes absolutely no sense considering Wendy’s is the one receiving the order and should be the ones ensuring the order is accurate. He then went on a rant saying they couldn’t do anything, they won’t give a refund because it was through a third party “I ordered delivery on Wendy’s website” and if I wanted to I’d have to talk to Paula the GM. All of this over a wrongly made cheeseburger. This store shows a lack of care and the “managers” are very unprofessional. I will be reporting them...
Read moreIn the last 2 to 3 months the night crew can't let more than one person order until they get that order to the person and then they get to the person that's at the drive-thru waiting to put in their order, then it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your order when any other Wendy's would take five minutes or less. The morning crew rocks and get your stuff out super fast. The night crew jams their stereo so loud that you can hear it while you're getting your order taken. I don't think I will be going to this Wendy's at night anymore as it takes way too long. This also isn't the first incident as I go there at least once a week. This has literally been happening the last few months. The guy on the headset will that one person order and then come up to the window and then while he walks around with his headset off he makes the next person wait more than 5 minutes before he lets them order when he's literally doing nothing but walking back and forth. Maybe you should have your morning crew...
