2nd review-Stopped in at 730pm after ordering and pulling up to the window to pay I was asked to move forward out of the drive through window. There was no hi or hello and there was no one behind me(see picture). The worker was not pleasant or friendly at all. Just asked me to move forward. Then had me sit for 10min before I received my food. These workers and managers are clearly scamming the system by bypassing the window timer. Trying to make them look like they are giving prompt service. When they are clearly not. Why doesn't it ever feel like corporate looks into these places & their bad service/workers? They never cared to respond back after I reached back out over their reply on the first review below.
1st review-Received Arbys coupons yesterday so I thought I'd stop in for lunch today. Wasn't expecting the experience I would receive. My coupon was for $6.99 for a beef and cheddar meal with a medium fry and medium soft drink. Immediately I was asked what the date was on the coupon. I explained 4-30-23 was the expiration date. You could tell there was some confusion as someone else came on the speaker asking me the same question again. So again I repeated myself. I was then told to pull around and was given a total of $8.43. Make that make sense? $6.99 plus tax is around $7.40 not $8.43. When I questioned this I was given attitude and told well you wanted it medium size. I again began to explain the coupon is for the beef and cheddar with a medium fry and drink. Clear as day on the coupon I presented to them. I was then told they don't have that in their system, so I asked so I need to pay more because you don't have it in YOUR system? She told me that was the best she could do. I then asked for the manager and was given the same rude response. This manager actually had the audacity to say I was holding up the line! Say what? No dear your system is holding up the line, not me. The manager then proceeded to tell me they don't even except coupons. Say what? I've been here multiple times and have used coupons plenty of times before. You even said you didn't have that coupon in YOUR system. I asked where does it say that you don't accept them? I don't see it on your window or your menu board or the coupon. She must have thought I looked dumb but clearly I am not at that level and I don't believe that lie. This is your manager Arby's. She said again your holding up the line and she doesn't have time for this. Well excuse me! She then proceeded to try and hand me $2 saying just take this back to compensate. Apparently they can't count either because you were charging me an extra dollar not two. I said ma'am I haven't even paid yet. She said then give me back the $2 and take your meal for free. I didn't come here for a free meal mam, I just simply wanted to use my coupon. Terrible service, terrible customer service and terrible food(cold). Then to lie to me about whether you accept coupons or not is unacceptable. Your corporate office was called on both of you. Do better, update your system and don't take your errors out on your customers!!! By the way your corporate office did informed me you do accept coupons and you will be taught how to update things on your end in the future. So do me and everyone else a favor and don't lie, it makes you look incompetent...

Tried having our first late night out with my family and to say this ruined our night would be the understatement of the year. We pulled in and employees were standing outside, we got out of the car with plenty of time to order inside and leave but we're locked out (checked hours of lobby it was more than 15min early), we regrouped and did drive thru, backdoor was open and you could hear the heart stopping scream from the employees who didn't want us to order (my heart rate was up for two hours after that and my child now thinks he will be screamed at if he goes out for late night/fast-food), I had to repeat parts of the order several times then to hear someone over the headset mocking us (paraphrasing "oh I'll just come by and order so much food! Nope, there is more, I need more, FOOOOOD."), we kindly repeated our order AGAIN and pulled up to the window. I was told the total of $67.52 I questioned it and the guy scoffed at me. Then I said "we heard the screaming are you guys okay?" He smirked and just looked at me. Eventually said yes then walked away. Another guy came up made our drinks wrong and when I told him it wasn't right he said keep the extra shake, since its their fault for ringing it up wrong(he seemed annoyed but remained kind). One bag of food sat near the window while the other was being waited on for sandwiches. We got home, the order was wrong(ordered medium got smalls), we were double charged $12+ freeking dollars!!!, the fried products were mostly old and stale, and two of the sandwiches were literally covered in sauce on the outside and buns burnt, there was open sauces (ripped open ranch) in the bag and it was so old it was hard, we were also missing bbq sauce which I was told "yeah I already gave it to you in the bag". Tried calling the store and no answer(no they weren't closed). The food was so gross we tried eating it and quit not even halfway. Tried calling the next morning and again no answer which is why the issue is now online. Read moreFirst off if u come by here at night without knowing the hours, you'll think they are closed it's very dark and the drive thru sign is never on . Secondly I came here last week on a Thursday evening probably around 9, while placing my order the young lady was giggling so bad on the headset I couldn't even comeplete my order..once I arrived at the window her and the others stared and giggled like they had never seen a human before to the point where I the customer said something asking what about me was so funny... at that time I should have just pulled off before I paid, but I paid anyway and received my food... This by far was the worst cold disgusting dry food I had ever had at this Arby's!!! I always get worried when I see a group of young ppl working because I know the quality might not be good but due to the goofing off and unprofessionalism in the drive thru and at the window I should have followed my first mind and not purchased... This Arby's used to be amazing back about 5-7 years ago, they were always professional, friendly and the food was always hot and fresh no matter what time of day you went... I don't know what happened to this Arby's but it has truly gone down hill to the point I wish they would just close the place. This isn't my first bad experience but this time I just had to finally leave a review because this night by far was the worst from start to finish... Smh I will not return to this Arby's, and I wish I could've gotten a refund.. horrible service, food worse!
