I guess I spoke with the manager, Iāve never been in a situation like this one, confronted by an mid age rude lady. She gave me 3 whoppers, even though I ordered 4. I came back 5 minutes later! not 5 hours later, not 1 hour, 5 minutes! The moment on my way home when I realized that Iām missing my order I went back right away and she said āI know what I gave youā, I told her not just that you messed my whole order, but also you didnāt give me what I have paid for. I own a store, it happened to me to forget to give something to a customer, and I never said āI know what I gave youā. After that experience, itās not about the money but the way she treated me as a customer, like Iām a piece of trash for her. Now iām gonna tell you what I ordered and what I got: Whopper (w/cheese) only Double whopper (w/ cheese) only Whopper (w/cheese) meal w/ medium fries and sprite Whopper ( w/cheese ) and fries.
*What I got: Whopper with 2 small fries and sprite Double whopper Whopper //// š¤·āāļø

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off, I'm not a fast food eater. Maybe once or twice a year. This day I was hungry and wanted something asap. So I went through the drive-through at this burger king location. The staff was pleasant and polite. It took a little while to get my food, however that's because I asked them to drop my chicken fresh.....and they did! Most fast food places would re-drop something old and try and pass it off or just give you cold food. They honored my request. Even my sandwich looked neat and well put together like (lol) the commercial šš½. This ain't McDonalds .. but I was lovin it!.My food, made my way. Even though they seem to be short staff ( literally 3 ppl working, one was a senior) they still gave quality service!
To all who read this review. Please be a little more patient and kind to service workers. They can only do the best they can with what they have. If we are all kinder to them it may in return keep them motivated to always do well for their clients and or...

We sent one of my coworkers to get breakfast this morning, one of my other coworkers noticed that they have Carmel frap on there website (but apparently not at this location). When we went to order my coworker asked for the Carmel frap and the lady literally laughed at him and said āthis isnāt Starbucksā. There was not reason to be so rude and his English isnāt great so that made him feel even worse. I have noticed the attitude of many employees here but have just ignored it, after working in costumer service my self for a long time I know itās hard to be happy all the time but this was overly rude. There is a Burger King somewhere that has to have a caramel frap on the menu and her response was unnecessary. We wont be spending money at a place that canāt even have...
