Came in interested in getting to know what vape is. I went into many other shops around the area, but this is the one that helped me understand the most. I really liked that. The man that helped me out did a great job of explaining to me exactly what it was. He made me feel very comfortable and let me know he was here to help. I explained to him how I have never vaped and he led me to the perfect selection! I did not feel like he was trying to sell me the most expensive one. He helped me pick the right one for me. The flavors were amazing! After you choose out the right vape for you comes the fun stuff. I could say theres over 100 flavors! They let you try before you commit to one. They are all house made which made me feel very comfortable using it. After doing all that, the man let me know if I had any other questions or concerns to come back and he'll help me right away! Was told on sat nov 17th that the fuchai wild fox coils were out of stock please return following tuesday. Also note i bought this unit here as well. Returned friday nov 23rd and was told yet again no stock they now are on back order but you can drive to 16 and gratiot and buy some... umm no maybe you guys should have sent some inventory over to the store which was out not tell the customer you inconvienced once already to go drive there. The house oils arent competitivly priced Wild bills oils are much better priced specially if you go on wednesdays. Ill just order these coil packs direct and take my business else where. Waste of time... and staff failed twice to handle customer...

I went in yesterday to learn about vaping and get started. I knew nothing about all the different options and different ways to smoke. Jon helped me and explained everything. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. When I didn't understand he was patient enough to explain further in a way I understood. We talked about my current smoking and what would work best to help me get off cigarettes. He was very friendly and attentive.
