Here's the thing. This place truly could be a 5 star joint. Manager is super friendly, very accommodating, some of the workers are friendly as well. However, some are not, and most of the time my order is wrong, unless I'm asking for something super specific.
When I was pregnant, I would come here and DD for my iced decaf fix. Many coffee places do not automatically offer decaf iced coffee, unless you go to a Starbucks or Bigby or something. The man who works here, who I assume is management (maybe not), would always make it for me anyway, with hot coffee and tons of ice and some flavoring to make it bearable. This truly meant a lot to me. He did this for me a few times, so I kept coming back, of course! But, I went in a time later and it wasn't this man serving me - it was a young woman, and she was not happy with my request. She very rudely told me they don't do that, even after I explained that I knew it wasn't a normal thing to do...so I got hot chocolate instead and was extremely disappointed in how watered down it was.
Not one to simply give up on a place due to one bad experience, I tried the drive-thru not once, but three more times. Each time, my drink order was wrong - wrong flavor, wrong amount of sugar, and just unpleasant to drink.
Food was warmed alright most of the time. A couple times the eggs were still cold in the middle - not too sure how that works since I thought the heating was timed and controlled for places like this.
I haven't totally given up, though I am discouraged. I will give this location another chance, and update...

Ever since I moved up there I always got delivery from this address on payday. They usually are really good, but they occasionally miss items and do not give you the items. I ordered delivery and they didn't give us the Tim Bits, I called the store and had to drive to pick them up, no option for a refund. Extremely irritating since I wanted everything delivered and I chose delivery, but the solution was driving to the store for the missing item. That was last year with no issues, until now. Two weeks ago I ordered delivery, I placed the order at 9:33 am, Door Dash driver picked up the food at 9:43 am and then proceeded to drive around randomly and completely missed our delivery. Eventually it was delivered at 10:11 am. The food was cold, the only thing that was hot was the coffee and it was missing a croissant. I didn't want to call the store again and I always do my orders through the Tim Hortons app. I then used the app to complain and contact customer service for a refund. Now they won't deliver to my address. They lost a life long customer who usually spent about $20 to $40 dollars two to three times a month depending. I'm very frustrated and I'm pretty sure Door Dash would be at fault because maybe that person ate my croissant, but I have no idea. I'm tired of this saga and I guess this will force me to eat healthier and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe worst service. Went on a Saturday morning around 11:00. Went inside the restaurant since I was unsure what to get and it was my first time getting a breakfast sandwich from there. Usually only get a donut or coffee. There was absolutely no menu posted anywhere inside. I was standing at the counter for about 5 mins. It was probably longer but I'm being generous. I counted 6 people behind the counter and none of them came up to the counter. 5 of them were working drive thru and 1 was cooking. They would look at me standing there then walk away. I finally said to someone walking by is there someone working the counter. The girl looked at me and said yes then walked away. Took another minute or 2 and finally someone came to take my order. (Had to ask her a bunch of questions since there was no menu at all and had no idea what type of sandwiches there were) Once I placed my order I had my order in less than 2 minutes. By that time there was at least 5 people standing behind me now and waiting. The...
