Last Saturday, I ordered an online order as a guest which I’ve done a few other times. I ordered a small pizza and cinnamon sticks like I always do. This time though my cinnamon sticks weren’t all the way cooked. They were so doughy and I called up to the establishment in which they said I could come pick another order up or I could get another order at a later date. Which I chose to come back a different day and asked if they needed my info and the male I spoke to on the phone that they would know by my phone number. Today I go in there I ordered the same thing and expressed above situation to im assuming the manager based off of our conversation. She couldn’t see any precious orders on my phone number and idk if it’s because I used it as a guest. I told her I spoke to male and didn’t really get his name because I assumed they would be able to tell by my phone number. Idk how it works this is the first time I’ve had to do this. Anyway, the girl replies back with well there’s no male managers here so idk who would authorize that as there are only female managers here. I obviously have no idea as to why that would be. She basically continued to act as if I was a liar and didn’t replace my food. Didn’t even care about seeing the order receipt in my email proving such order exists. Which was 5 days ago mind you. I’ve posted it here though as proof of my order that supposedly didn’t exist along with all of my other orders under the same phone number AND email.
I obviously just said forget about it and wasn’t going to sit here and argue with this person over a $5.00 box of bread. What irritates me is that she basically was calling me a liar because I didn’t talk to a female at the restaurant. I did however inform her that he put me on hold and then came back on the line and said the above. Assuming he probably spoke to a manager in the mean time. I just felt this was a joke and the manager you do have on shift tonight should not insult your customers because her own employees aren’t following protocol. I hope the manager feels like she really accomplished something today.

Read moreHello. I just ordered through Hungry Howie’s and I had a free pizza and I ordered through the app. This was free because I had over 60 points or whatever. A night before, 3/13/2019, I also order from the same location at 37265 S Groesbeck Hwy, Clinton Township, MI 48036, for 30$ and they showed up to my location and everything. Everything went smooth. Now today I decide to get something and I checked and I knew I had a free pizza so why not it’s free. I ordered, the order went through and it says on the app that they are making the order. About 10 minutes later on 3/14/19, about 8p est time, I got a call from Amanda, telling me that they will not deliver because I’m .3 miles out of their range, I told her, a night before I got something but it want free and you showed up in my resident with no problem, why your not showing tonight I told her, is it because it’s free and Amanda let me know, it’s not that but it’s because you are .3 miles out of range. I also said, again, you showed up last night with no problem, why not tonight. Again, Amanda was like, we can’t and they should not have shown up last night and she was like, it’s probably because we had new people and they did not better. Anyhow, I was like I’ll come and get it. Make it ready for me. Few minutes later I show up in their action and the same person that delivered last night to me, was going on delivery. Thought it as weird. Not showing there anymore or any Hungry Howie’s location ever. Even if they give free pizza for life, I WILL NOT VISIT A HUNGRY HOWIES...
Read moreWhen I went in to pick it up my pizza I was told I had to wait because it was not ready yet. Which was odd I was a little behind. After about a minute or two they give me my pizza. When I got home it was the wrong pizza!! I tried to call the store over 15 times and all I got was a busy signal. I finally get through and I was put on hold and then hung up on! I called again and spoke with someone and they already knew why I was calling, with a laugh. The girl on the phone tells me she is going to deliver it. I get a call almost to minutes later telling me the MANAGER said I didn’t pay for delivery so I have to come get it or I can “get a credit” or I can PAY for delivery I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t even comp me delivery!! Make me have to use all my time for their mistake! I arrived nothing was done at all to compensate me for all of my time nearly 45 minutes for what should have been a 5 minute deal because I ordered online and I should not of had to deal with anyone but at the pick up! I get and there is about 3 girls behind the counter all giggling and saying shhh she’s here. I wish I would of recorded what they were saying! They kept talking and giggling and saying oops because they were messing up other orders.. it was an absolute joke!! They have completely lost...
