🚨 Worst Experience with manager David:
My pics are included.. On March 1, 2021 I went to this McDonald's. I was the second car then 5 minutes later ... I had to say my order repeatedly for several minutes cause on the screen was something different. A female employee took over to help the guy employee to take my order in drive thru.
Meanwhile, 2 other vehicles that was behind me got into the other lane with the 3 other vehicles and all of them quickly got their order taken while I was still in line.
They gave me 2 bags and within seconds I noticed one of the new chicken sandwiches was missing cause the bag was torn and food falling out.
I try to hand it back to them I noticed they didn't put the sandwich on the receipt even though I said it 5 times, so I ask can I pay for it here and the guy David said no, I asked for the manager and David said he is the manager and I don't need his last name. I explained of the employee mixup of taking my order which is all COOK TO ORDER and David already sees I have a torn bag... He said he is short staffed and if I want to place the order I need to go back in the line and he rudely closed the window on in my face.
Knowing of the inconvenience of the long mixup order and torn bag David could have let me pay for it or show courtesy of a good manager to give it for free for all of the inconvenience.
What sense would that make to go back in the long line for a hot sandwich while the other food is getting cold in...

Apparently the franchise owner or corporate could care less. :( What I found ironic was the sign in the front window that proudly states "Dining Room is Now Open" since apparently they remodeled the inside. So I walk up to the door to go in and there is a hand written note on the locked door that says "Lobby Closed Sorry"! As if that isn't bad enough, I asked as I went through the drive thru for my order, why is the lobby closed at 8PM on a Saturday night? Too which the young man replied "We are short help tonight ....". SERIOUSLY!? NOTE: He said this while there were two female employees talking to him and each other! It's obvious from my experience and other reviewers that nobody wants to work at this location. Guess they should have just skipped the remodel and closed the doors. Likely to be the case somewhere down the line at this rate. Where is the management while all this nonsense is going...
Read moreI went there last week and ordered the new quarter pounder made when ordered. Had to wait, but when I got home it was still very warm, fresh looking and very delicious. It was so good that I went back yesterday and ordered the same — quarter pounder with cheese, no pickles. The car in front of us had pulled over to wait for their order. I assumed I would do the same. But no, given my order right away. I knew then that it had not been freshly made but, my caregiver who was driving me had to get home so I didn’t make a fuss. Sure enough, when I got home you could tell that it wasn’t prepared to order and, of course, pickles were on the burger. I don’t buy fast food that often and when I do I order a breakfast sandwich because the burgers had gone downhill. I used to love Mickey D’s, but you have put yourself out of the competition with the dry, on the shelf burgers. I’m told that I should try Culver’s for a fresh...
