Worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy in my entire life. I am typically very forgiving of places like this having spent a number of years working in various retail customer service positions so when I say this place is bad, I mean it. The pharmacy that I have filled all of my prescriptions at for over ten years is going out of business, so I innocently thought I could transfer them to this Walgreens location because it is the only remaining Walgreens with a 24 hour pharmacy in the area. Well I guess I thought wrong! After holding my prescription for several days after my doctor called it in, the daytime pharmacy manager arbitrarily decided to refuse to refill my prescription because I live 8 miles away from this particular Walgreens location. I thought this was a free country - - shouldn't I be able to select any pharmacy when choosing where to fill my scripts? In addition to the seemingly random nature of this refusal, she also asked me quite a few invasive questions about my personal life prior to informing me that she was canceling the prescription which was already in the bottle and sitting in the pickup area ready to go. It was quite literally the most bizarre experience I have ever had when trying to complete what should've been the normal, mundane, everyday task of picking up a prescription. Well we get home and this is what they gave her for her prescription of 8 Norcos. Yes that's 4 whole pills and 8 randomly broken pieces. Remember this is a highly controlled narcotic. So she brought the bottle up there today (minus the one pill she took) and the pharmacist who called herself Peggy proceeded to tell her that she was lying and that those pills didn't come from her store. (This is after she dumped the pills in her bare hand and then gave them back mind you. I wouldn't have believed this if I hadn't been involved. Peggy then decided to call my mother in law 3 times and was throwing around accusations and was quite obnoxious and way way out of line. All we were trying to do was bring this to her attention but after her outburst we are seriously considering all options. I'm honestly confused as to why she would even think we were lying? She has something to hide. Your local pharmacist cannot legally nor safely hand out narcotics that look like they were in her pocket for a week. Unacceptable. Please go here...

I was unfriendly greeted by a black American woman who never said hi and acted like she didn't want to help at all. I asked the very pharmacist what she could recommend for eye drops. She told me to wait and asked the other pharmacist, who was wearing a terbin. She basicly said "There's nothing over the counter that they could recommend". My eye was near blood red and had already gotten my script from the doctor. They basicly said they would not recommend anything. I left there without eye drops. They just completely brushed me off. Stay far away from this pharmacy..All.i was asking for is a clear pure high quality drop that wouldn't burn my eye. The most horrible completely rude pharmacists I gave very met. It is their job to know their products. The first lady did not know, than asked the next, who didn't have a minute...
