I was harassed by one of your management team. I made a mobile order through the McDonald's app yesterday evening December 6th at about 6:03pm. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through line to receive my order. When I got home I pulled my order out of the bag. I was surprised that my large fries were not filled up all the way. I took a picture of the fries to prove and confirm that. I call that location and spoke to one of the managers. When I explained that the fries were half full and that id like a refund she got extremely rude and said they were really busy and that i could come get new large fries. I said I wasn't going to drive up there and waste my gas. I asked to speak to another manager and asked her what her name was. She refused to give her name and refused to let me speak to the other manager. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back and no one would answer. I waited till the next day to call back and speak with a different manager but unfortunately I got the same manager from yesterday evening. I again repeated my complaint to her, asked to have the name and number to the individual who oversees that McDonald's. She refused, and went on to say, I can take your name and number, I did not feel comfortable giving such. She than said "oh what's wrong it's just a name and number" repeating herself over and over again than hung the phone up on me again. About 1 minute later she called my phone just to harass me saying nothing other than giggling in the background. I am not ok with one of your managers calling me to harass me at all, I'm not ok with the services waiting over a half hour in the drive through for my order, and I'm definitely not ok with paying full price and only getting half of...

But you can't use another coupon in the same order and I also wanted food. So, I'm in the drive thru, a packed one where I am stuck once in. At this time, it's prime time, about 6:30p and packed. So, I ask to put in 2 orders and said 1 is just a drink cause of the coupon thing. The girl said no, 1 order per car. I asked for the manager and the girl goes "fine, but she'll tell you the same thing." With allllll types of attitude. I explain the situation to the manager, say I'm on my way to work and already stuck in the drive thru. She said the only way to do 2 orders is to come in the store. I said no, I can't. I'm crunched for time, stuck in the drive thru and here already. I also told her I have done 2 orders at the drive thru plenty of times. She said not here, you haven't. I said yes, at this very location I have multiple times. She said fine, if you don't want to pull up to the window, I'll call the cops. I said WHAT?! You're gonna call the cops cause I want 2 orders in the drive thru??? She said yep. So I said ok and put my car in park. I was literally going to wait for the cops. The manager came outside on the phone describing my car to the cops after about 5 min of me sitting there blocking the drive thru. Then, a couple min later another employee comes out and starts ushering ppl to go thru the other line (it was a 2 lane drive thru). I'm like, dying at this point. I waited about 10 min, but actually did need to go to work, so I left and called corporate on them instead. I was in awe. Complete and utter awe. I still have not heard back from corporate. Read moreIt's McDonald's the food is typical fare and good. I even ordered on the app in an effort to get my food quicker. When I got to store, drive thru line was around the front of the building and they have two lanes. It became apparent that one person was handling orders on both lanes as no communications were heard from both lanes simultaneously. Upon reaching the speaker the guy in front of me even put his car in park, expecting a wait. I change my order from drive thru to pick up, Pulled out of line and decided to just go in, as maybe three customers were visible. Immediately upon entering their Is a large sign thanking me for my patience because they are short staffed. At the register is an elderly man trying to get the attention of someone in back for a water cup, yelling for assistance. I move towards the pick up area and happily see my bag right there. I then hear two other customers conversing and one says, "I'm sure they got it right this time," as he looks rather confusedly towards the food prep area. If you don't have the employees you should not be open as this store will discover. The atmosphere and service was so poor that I will not be returning anytime soon. There is a McDonald's every 5 miles in my area and I don't think this one will last much longer once the customers are aware. I'm surprised McDonald's doesn't have a standards group visiting these locations. ...
