Order from here 3 times a week it costing between $50 $75. The most recent order was a 21 piece shrimp dinner with mashed potatoes. A winding dinner with fries. 2 slim jams no tomatoes one with fries 1 with Onion rings and 3 side salads with no tomatoes. All of my salads had tomatoes on them I expressed to them when ordering I am highly allergic took the salad's back in and the owner told us the whole cherry tomatoes we can just pull them off. She did not care that I am highly allergic and refuse to remake them. They messed up the order put the fries for the wing dings with the shrimp basket put the mashed potatoes on the side in a cup and told us that they just boxed the fries separately when the winding dinner was going to one person and the shrimp dinner was going to somebody else they refused to remake that order as well. Considering the fact that it shows on the receipt no tomatoes They did not Care about their customers enough to remake the order so I want to get sick They didn't care if they screwed up the order I was coming here because it's reasonably cheap for being family dining but now I see why they scrub our order all the time and we simply ask for no tomatoes I would rather go and spend a few dollars more going to a name brand chain where at least they're not trying to kill their customers they will be reported to the police and the news That is neglect and abuse when it is clearly stated that the person is highly allergic. I will never return with my family I will never get take out from there and I will never advise anybody else to go there I suggest you spend your money elsewhere where they actually care about...

Awful service and management. Made my food wrong, and when I sent it back to be remade they simply picked it apart and sent it back 45 seconds later. Got into an argument with the 'manager' murvette over it being remade and she says she saw it be remade with her own eyes. I promptly opened my loosley wrapped greek and showed her the onions they had forgot to pick out. It was then actually remade. Decided to give them another try the other day and ordered a greek which was brought out incorrectly made, by a new cook who only used chicken and green pepper (which doesnt even come on it) once again, I waited for my food to be remade. It comes back out consisting of nothing but chicken grease and slop, it was terrible. I asked to speak with the manager who refused to talk to me and instead sent the waitress over to tell me she would give me a free desert NEXT TIME. I called the next day and spoke with the then seemingly competent manager, Cindy. Shortly after the owner of the establishment, Luigi called me and we spoke for a while and he apologized sincerely for both situations and asked me to please come back and give them another chance and there was a 20$ gift card waiting for me. He claimed he had repeatedly told all of his managers that the customers are always right, not to argue with them, and that we are what keeps his business afloat. I accepted his apology and returned just now, REGRETFULLY, ordered 40$ worth of food and when I went to pay the gift card was only for 15$. I expressed to the then manager Cindy that Luigi, THE OWNER had told me the card was for 20$ she refused to give me the promised amount and told me I was being immature for 'making a scene' over 5$ and if I wanted it bad enough I could come back and get it from Luigi later. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I, AND EVERYONE I KNOW WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. They are so worried about 5$ they must really be struggling, I hope it was worth losing out on all...

We had a horrible experience here on Wed Aug 5th. We arrived at 835pm and and realized they closed at 9pm, but the waitresses welcomed us in. We placed our order by 840. From the kitchen the cook threw a fit. He was swearing, complaining, and just plain pissed off that he had to cook our food. We were not the only late comers. You can see and hear everything the cook says and he was loud, rude, and mad. He burned our saganki, and undercooked the rest of our order. I ordered the London broil, medium. It came to me as pink strips of meat covered in gravy. Even the waitress was reluctant to give it to me. She said she would take it back for more cooking. This infuriated the cook, his response was no, I am not doing it, but I will throw it in the microwave????? This is not acceptable, the waitress took it off our bill. But I didn't end up with dinner. My son ordered breakfast including scrambled eggs. They were slightly cooked with a liquid center. It was inedible. The cooks rants made other customers and the staff feel intimidated. It was so very inappropriate. There was not a manager or owner present at the time. I planned to speak to someone in authority today, but was told there isn't anyone there today. I won't return to this place. It's very disappointing as I have had decent experiences there in the past. This was a terrible experience.
