Subway — Restaurant in Clinton Township

Entered to see 3 employees & only 1 male working, the other 2 ladies were in the back. Once he finished a 6 inch order, he promptly greeted me, prepped my 2 6inch subs, however notified me he only had enough tuna for one order. From my knowledge as a former subway employee (was 16yrs old) & a friend of a multi franchise owner, there’s typically prep. Nonetheless, I thanked him for the notice, & put the chips/drinks back. A lady came from the back & offered to assist, as there were now 2 people in line (myself included), but once I put the items back she began an attempt to mock, “Tuna Tuna Tuna, & don’t come back.”

Nonetheless, the guy’s service wasn’t indecent, the lack of prep isn’t the greatest issue, things happen. The mockery from the lady was unnecessary, & if she were to be in the city or burbs, someone with time would’ve checked...

Terrible service. Never said a thing to me when I walked in only a dirty look. I had the impression that the two black people were racist against whites. The reason for this is simple. They did not greet me but they did to the next black that walked in. Was rude to me when asking what I wanted but was nice and smiles to the black next to me. When I got to the register she never said a single word when she rang up my order. I really dont like to go to the race card but they made it really clear they did not like me or the other whites in front of me. I saw the frustration in the other whit customers too. I'm thinking of contacting the manager...

My experience is from 2/27/2019 in the evening past 6pm.Management please look into this African American female, working.Horrible service Did not smile, or even greet me or ask what I want.Instead had an attitude the entire time.Never said a word treated me like I was bother in her.When she put light mayo she did not shake it up.So it came out all disgusting on my sandwich and she screamed.Because the idiot did not shake it.Had she greeted me or even talked at all she got a tip.Here is a tip to management hire people who are friendly who want to work will not be back to this location and I will be...
