I have always loved eating Subway. It was quick, affordable and tasted good. However, over the last couple months I have had quite a change of heart. It all started when I placed an order through their app at the Clinton Twp location off Garfield, restaurant #12376. The order was not correct on 2 different occasions. I was told we could bring in the receipt and they would remake it. Unfortunately, when eating the sub the second time around, I pulled a long piece of hair out of my mouth! I called them to discuss the issues. I spoke with 2 different employees and then finally voiced my concerns to the manager Jackie. She was going to speak with the owner, but then never called me back. When I called back, I was told the owner wasn’t going to do anything. I am so grossed out and it has ended my long term love affair with Subway. The employees also keep stating they are short staffed and they are “trying their best”, unfortunately it is not the customer’s load to bear. Read moreWas inspired to make this review because my sandwich was spectacularly bomb this time around, but everyone who works here is always kind and polite, and they always get my order correct and distribute the food evenly and fairly. I was honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews before I realized none of you must have ever worked any kind of customer service job before.. that or you’re just plain stupid. If you’re seriously taking the time to come on here to try to ruin the reputation of a bunch of people working minimum wage to make you a sandwich you could easily make at home (since you so clearly have enough free time to leave a nasty google review)… You need to grow up. Lol. Stop leaving google reviews about CORPORATE ISSUES (food distribution, prices, stock, etc) on random restaurant locations. All you’re doing is making the lives of food workers harder, call corporate and complain if you have that much of a problem.

Smh than asked her coworker to put the tip jar back in front of me so that I can tip after giving me the attitude, was a elderly lady smh, I tipped over 2 bucks on a 10 dollar order and should have not tipped anything with her attitude, I had like the worse ghetto vibes from this place and it’s close to my home.
