This business will not be getting a PENNY from me after the way I was spoken to today. I called asking about paczki flavors and pricing because I could not find any website or social media page online that had prices listed.

The woman I spoke to around 3:30pm today was incredibly curt and unhelpful, and did not offer any standard flavors or inform me of prices when I asked. I was just wondering if there were any special flavors the store offered since I could not find ANY online info about their paczki. Instead, she asked what flavors I was looking for. When I responded with three flavors I was looking for, she only answered "yep, yep, yep," and then cut me off by RAPIDLY and AGGRESSIVELY repeating that I could not place an order in advance.

Every job I've had has been in the customer service industry, and I have NEVER spoken to a customer that way, even when I was stressed and busy. I absolutely understand the stress of Paczki Day, but was absolutely appalled by how I was spoken to, especially when I was polite and courteous on the phone when the business picked up. I would give them 0 stars if I could, I ordered a cake for my brother death anniversary I gave them what I wanted it to say and told them hook it up decore wise. The lady said ok we will call you when it’s done. By one I was to meet the family at the cementary for a bloom release they still hadn’t called, so I gave them a call. They lady says yeah it been done. “Ok so we’re you going to call me?” So I get there rushing to pick up the cake to head 30min away to get to the cementary. Mind you when I ordered the cake I ordered a quarter of a cake.I Witnessed her write it down. When I picked up the cake it was a half not a quarter waist of cake because to top it off it was very dry. This is an old standby for all the goodies you could ever want for any and every occasion! Over the years the flavors, portions and quality have remained consistent. Everything moderately priced and made fresh everyday. Donuts are all really good and fillings in the donuts are more than you’re going to get at any other bakery! Coffee cakes are delicious and baked perfectly. Butter cookies and holiday cookies are perfect to take anywhere and give as gifts as well. Many different shapes and flavors.
