My wife and I drove to this Duncan and we had ordered three large hot white chocolate mochas, they actually asked through the speaker if we wanted all of them large when which I replied yes so they specifically knew these were going to be large drinks, and three muffins and the snacking bacon. When I got up to the window to pay, the female working the window started handing me a medium drink and my wife reminded me that we had ordered large and so I pointed that out.
She stated that the vehicle behind us head over to the exact same drinks just medium and then the manager comes over and asks what the problem is and she explained them and then the manager states that we will have to pay for it. In this case I'm kind of confused about why she said we had to pay for it because first of all we hadn't paid for anything up to this point and second of all we were going to be paying for the large drinks anyway.
At this point I was now paid and it had been roughly a minute since the whole thing started.
From the time that they took the medium drinks back and they gave us our large drinks, it had been about a minute and a half to 2 minutes. The cops weren't even hot or even warm, from the pictures that I am posting you can see liquid splashed all around the lids, and as you can see from the inside one of them looks like it has a whipped cream in it and the other two don't look the same. By the taste alone, it tasted like they had just poured the medium drinks into the large cups and added a filler like milk or something else just to finish giving us our drinks and get us out of there because the manager seem to really irritated and snippy at everybody.
I will say this, we were only charged for the drinks so I'm not going to complain about the customer service as for giving us a discount because they made a mistake and I will give a 3 to 4-star review for that specifically and only to the female working at the window.
I'm going to give the manager, or at least the person that we think was the manager because of how they were acting, I'm getting her a zero star review because of how she was acting toward her employees. There's no reason to be yelling and screaming at the employees that work for you. As a manager it's your responsibility to figure out what the problem is and try to help them fix it. It is not your job to be yelling and screaming at somebody because that doesn't fix anything.
I am going to give it a one-star review for the drinks specifically because they were not correct and we're not correctly corrected.
Now to finish this off, this is the first time that we have had any issues with this dunkin' donuts and I'm going to take it as a lot of people are just having a bad day but at the same time my wife and I didn't even recognize anybody that works in there from the people we normally see so this could possibly be an entirely new crew for that shift and they might not know exactly what they're doing.

I LoVE Dunkin, been here many times over the past 10 years, and always seem to have pooor Customer SERVICE, and A lot of Turn Over, always new people!
Wrong food, multiple Duble and triple charges that require you to come back and fix in person!!
Always tell me it is not a problem with them, it is their system!!! WELL gEt a New system. If it is always messing up, get something else.
Then I ASK FOR A Refund of my time, and gas, like a free coffee, however the General Manager I happen to be speaking with, the ine with Tattoos, says, SORRy we don't Do that Here. It is your fault for choosing this Dunkin Donuts for your business and we can not help that our system messed up. It is on you.
I said, hold, on, you make a mistake, double charge me, I get home and my account bounces, I get a negative Fee, and I have to drive back here the next day, missing work, using my own human time, more gas to come here, to get this resolved and you Can't give me a free Coffee or dunut for your mistakes and my wasted time energy and now have to deal with Stress from your attitude when it wasn't my fault.
Well, I think you need to at least say your sorry as this is multiple times now. Just say I am sorry our system sucks and we will work on a better system that doesn't do this.
Get your system AND ATTITUDE fixed. Hate to see you ALL go, I think I'll start going to Starbucks down the road.
I recommend putting the customer first. I was nice about asking. I just said for all my trouble and time, and having to drive 45 min to sit in the drive through for 30 min, and have to deal with the bounce 25 fee, gas and lost time, and I even said I would give a 5 Star ratting for compensation of all this with a coffee and donut.
Nope, this General Manager said we do not do this. Even after I said it was their fault and all the trouble I've had to go through.
Anyways, she needs customer servixe training and a bettet attitude. All need to smile and act nicer to the customers. No smiles, no happiness in this place of business.

Read moreI have been through the drive through multiple times mostly ordering the frozen coffees. They have always been delicious but sometime when asking for no whip cream they have had whip cream and when reminding them all they say is “we can scrape it off.” Now I’ve ordered food a total of 3 times now and each time my order has been incorrect. First time I ordered 2 chocolate glazed doughnuts and received 2 blueberry. Second I ordered 25 chocolate munchkins and after paying was told that “we only have 17 what would you like to make up for the missing 8.” And finally this morning went and ordered a chicken crossant, black pepper bacon crossant and 2 frozen coffees. When ordering the chicken crossant I wasn’t sure if it had egg on it and when asking the lady taking my order she never responded so I just said no egg. After saying that the lady acted as if she wasn’t aware of what I was talking about and I proceeded to tell her it was under the signature crossants in which she responded “I got it.” After checking my food the chicken sandwich was missing bacon. So I proceeded to go inside to let them know of the mistake and after waiting for them to remake the chicken crossant instead of just adding bacon (which caused my other crossant to go from hot to warm) I was told that “the chicken crossant did not come with egg and to just order the chicken crossant.” Which is what was listed on the receipt itself. When eating the chicken sandwich it wasn’t even cooked fully. Needless to say I will not be ordering any more food from this location and even with my love of the frozen coffee I doubt I’ll be coming back period with the horrible customer service that was...
