Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clinton

Original review: 4 stars The staff works hard. And they are very nice. I get something that isn't exactly on the menu, and they have no problem making it. And make it exactly right. They have a lot of people working, so you don't have to wait a long time at all. The parking lot kinda sucks. And getting out of it isn't exactly easy. But I get my order so quickly and easily, that doesn't even matter to me. They always have a great selection of donuts and they seem to not run out of croissants, which I've encountered at a lot of other locations. I had kinda stopped going to Dunkin donuts for a while because they would always mess up my order. And these guys are great and get it right. Even though my order is weird and annoying. EDITED REVIEW: . I had not only actually told the manager how much I appreciated how well his store worked and how pleased I was, but since I did that and wrote this review, I've had a lot of bad experiences at this place. Between being grossly overcharged, then having to wait a half hour to have it fixed. Then being mischarged again a couple days later. The other manager fixed it quickly. But the person who took my order not only completely misunderstood what I was ordering and had to make it again. I only realized it as I was waiting for my drink and looked at the receipt and saw what she charged me for. She then proceeded to tell me that is what I ordered and what I said. And then made it wrong a different way. And insisted that I was at fault. Then went back and complained about me and the situation to explain that she was right and I was wrong to the manager while I was standing there. Maybe I should stop writing reviews. I'm gonna have to give up on this place pretty soon. I'm disappointed. I spent most of my life working in food service and never would have handled these situations as they did. Everyone else in town who I've heard talk about this place says they mess up everything about their orders and how frustrating...

Normally I love this place but something just happened this morning that genuinely has made my last 30 minutes of my day so irritating that I wanted just to share real quick, i’m pretty sure it was the manager because she had a grey shirt on with short hair and was wearing something different than everybody else but I ordered a five count of chocolate munchkins and I know that’s exactly what I said and when I got to the window and she handed me the wrong ones I nicely let her know that my child will not eat those ones and even made a joke about it that she needs the chocolate ones I didn’t get a word out of her just an extremely dirty look that my seven year old mentioned and then she went and got them and then came back, just handed them to me without a smile, without saying sorry, without even smirking at all, just rude, extremely rude and I said thank you and she did not say you’re welcome so I then said “you could say you’re welcome, that’s absurd” and I think that having someone like that as a manager it’s probably terrible for the rest of those employees because attitude reflects leader ship and if someone like that is running that business I really hope that they can find someone that can make everybody have a better day because she sure did ruin mine with her unnecessary...

Since Dunkin's unveiled several new coffee flavors I've been obsessed with their Coconut Caramel iced ☕ coffee. The flavor is like a "burst of July 4th fireworks on the 😝 tongue".. The coffee is spectacular and one that I won't soon forget.

I have noticed lately that from time to time Dunkin's does unveil "new coffee flavors". The establishment prides itself on feedback from the community "hence that little survey that prints right on your receipt" enables the cashier to start the conversation.

I have "✔ out a few places" but can only rate 2-3 other competitors similar to Dunkin's quality for example; Starbucks is simply "high octane coffee", Honey Dew is moderately priced and boasts delicious coffees too, and McDonald's is my third option because of it's small variety of iced coffees and macchiato' s to choose from.

Regardless of price...I choose what is smoothe and sweet..

Don't be fooled by competitors...it's simply watered down coffee with a "hint" of flavor.. Give Dunkin's the ole college try for their equisite style in making coffee...
