Jimmy’s Coffeehouse — Restaurant in Clinton

I met a friend earlier today and we both enjoyed the food and beverages. We thought the physical transformation is wonderful. Smart use of space by putting in bench seating along the windowsills and swapping out the heavy large furniture for lighter, bistro tables. The natural light flooding in from the huge river side windows added to the charm of the brick wall and honestly I never even realized this huge window existed under the former owner.

The paninis are HUGE. The Avocado toast is best for two! I had a matcha latte and enjoyed it. The staff was attentive and service was quick.

There is no doubt in my mind that this is a wonderful addition to our community...thank you Jimmy for providing a comfortable coffee cafe for seating complete with outlets for devices while enjoying scrumptious...

We went in for the first time following its change in owners. We often visited Citispot and loved the food and drinks they offered, as well as the staff. The food and drinks at Jimmy’s were good, however, my first impression with the cashier was less than pleasant. She did not offer a welcoming attitude and when asking questions about the menu she often gave very short and curt responses. I then watched another employee pour out half of my drink, after she made it, behind the counter and fill more than half the cup with ice. This coffee house is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done.

The coffee is outstanding — rich, smooth, and clearly made with care and high-quality beans. There’s a great variety to choose from, whether you prefer a classic espresso or something more unique like a seasonal latte. Their homemade pastries and snacks are also a real treat!
