I really hate leaving bad reviews but I am really disturbed. I came into Clinton little caesars. I ordered Hawaiian pizza and pepperoni pizza I ordered some cheese bread and 3 cheese crazy bread. They said probably 15 minutes for it to be done. I said okay I’ll go out to my truck and wait. 15 minutes go by I see the people before me get their pizzas so I knew I had to get mine next. As I waited and no name called, I seen people who came after me with bigger ordered get their pizzas. I calmly wait. Still nothing. I watched 5 people who came after me get their pizza. One guy in the back said are you jason? Yes I said, he said we are just waiting in your cheese bread. I wondered which one it could be, surely it couldn’t be either of the ones I ordered that would take 30 minutes . I waited and finally got my ordered. I asked the lady at desk does it usually take things long to for cheese bread? If so I would probably never order it again. She said it’s because we usually have it made that’s why it took so long.
No let’s think about this. Cheese bread, pizza or bread sticks. How long does it take? Not long at all and definitely not 35 minutes. They forgot about the order, or messed up and blamed it on some flour, water and cheese. There was no accountabikity taken. I left knowing I’m not going to argue with a 16 year old who knows nothing about customer relations. I come home to find the cheese bread with more green sprinkled seasoning that makes a person cough with every bite. I seriously can not take a bite of this bread. Which means my children will definitely not be able to. The pizza had sat on the cardboard so long that it has literally soaked through the box. I am very disappointnted that I spent the money on something my family can not eat. I should have spoken with the manager but this would have made my children sit in my truck longer. So let’s see how the great little caesars will handle this. Till then. No more Clinton Lc for mei do not recommend this place to anyone...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had. I placed an order online for 3 of the pretzel pizzas. I arrive at the store and wait patiently for about a half hour. I go in to see if my order is ready. The girl behind the register checks to see if it's ready and then tells me it's going to be another half hour. Although I was surprised it would take so long, I went and waited in my car. I set a timer for a half hour and waited patiently. When my alarm went off, I walked back inside to ask if my pizza was finished. The same girl said it was going to be an additional 10-15 minutes. I noticed that there were multiple workers in the back standing around doing nothing and only one person in the back who was working. I explained that I placed an online order, and it was supposed to already be completed. She said there was nothing she could do and that online ordering was busy. I proceeded to wait in the store off to the side so that I would receive my order exactly when it was completed. During that time, I heard the employees in the back of the store making comments and complaints that there were mice in the store running back and forth. As concerning as that was, I didn't say anything to the front cashier because she had already made me feel like she didn't care. Another 20 minutes went by before I received my order. I take the pizzas and drive home. When I got home, I opened the pizzas for my family to eat, and I realized that not only were the pizzas not cut properly, so they were nearly impossible to pull apart without ripping them to pieces, but whomever had boxed them had dumped an enormous amount of salt all over the entire pizzas. There was so much salt that we were not able to even eat the pizza. I called back to the store to explain the situation. The first time, the phone just kept ringing. When I tried the second time, I tried to ask for a manager to explain the situation, and then they hung up on me. I called a third time, and they hung up on me again. Worst customer...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I have ever had at a Little Caesar’s. I got there and ordered a pepperoni and a cheese. I was told it would be about 10 minutes for the cheese, so I waited. Two people who ordered after me got their food before me because they ordered pepperonis (which was fine—the guy working let me know we were still waiting on the cheese). Great, not an issue.
The cheese comes up, I leave, and I get all the way back home to Hooper only to find I have two pepperonis. My husband called and let them know, and asked what they would do. She told us to bring the pepperoni back and they would switch it out.
I get there and get my pizzas switched out. The shift manager doesn’t say a word to me—doesn’t apologize for the mistake, nothing. So when I got home, I called and asked to speak with the manager, which turned out to be the same lady. I explained that I was upset nothing was done to remedy the situation other than “switching” my pizza out. No apology was made, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience—nothing.
She proceeded to tell me there wasn’t anything else she was willing to do. She claimed she said “Have a good night” as I was leaving, which wasn’t true. I told her if she wasn’t willing to do anything else, I would call the store manager or corporate, and I asked for her name. She refused to give it to me.
She was very rude and unprofessional, and she should NOT be in a “manager” position. By the time I got home and was able to eat because I had to go back and forth my...
