When you go to eat as a family, you sort of expect that everybody will be fed at the same time. And when you order off of their family dinner menu, you expect everybody will get their food reasonably close to each other. When you have to special order food because of health concerns, allergies and the like and you were given the exact thing you’re allergic to hidden in the mixture it’s not only bad it’s life dangerous. The waitress had no clue how to serve more than one person at the table at a time. We checked with the owner to make sure a dish could be prepared without pork and we were sure it could And the person that was allergic to pork dished up from the main bowl to an individual plate and there were tons of pieces of pork. The waitress at first tried to tell us it was chicken. The owner came over and said no it’s pork, and they immediately took it away. it seems absolutely unforgivable that they would not tell you something had pork in it when you explained you had a deathly allergy to it. The family did not get fed together the dishes came out all willy-nilly. The restaurant was basically empty when we arrived, and as it filled up, the excuse was, they were busy. The waitress did not know how to bring a to go box for one of our parties leftovers to take home And then had to be asked for a bag as well. The best part of the meal turned out to be the...
Read moreI used to eat there because the prices are good and the food is really good, but they don't seem to like to take pick up orders unless you're calling ahead of time. I don't like talking on the phone so I would drive down there and go in to place my order at the desk and then sit and wait for them to bring it out and apparently the older women of the family who runs it didn't like that. Because the last couple of times I went in. They just let me sit there and sit there and sit there. When the young lady at the desk would get a break from answering the phone and start to help me she would come out and say something to young woman in Chinese like she was bawling her out and the girl would say okay, and then continue to ignore me. So, finally after 15 minutes I just got up and walked out never went back. I don't see why I have to call in an order ahead of time if I'm...
Read moreI think this might be my new favorite place. The prices look ok at first glance, but then when you see the portion size and the quality of the food it becomes obvious what a good deal it was.
Me and the wife ordered Sesame Chicken and Chow Main, that was enough for both of our dinners AND we made 3 lunches with the leftovers.
You could easily order one entree to feed 2 people. At $11-$13 for an entree, that blows everywhere else out of the water. and the quality is fantastic. Exactly what I want out of a...
