The suit looks good, the original price was fair, and the person helping me pick it out was helpful. My only complaint/feedback is that the original pant hem was far shorter than we had agreed on when I was measured. I was given four options and I asked for the pant leg to rest on the top of my shoe. When I tried on the pants after picking them up, they were basically floods. Now, I'm being charged another $25 to adjust the pants to where I wanted them. I'd understand these charges if I was bringing in a random pair of suit pants to adjust. But if a recent customer purchase wasn't hemmed to their liking, if I were the business owner I'd want to get it right without nickel and diming them. And who knows, maybe one day they'd return and buy another...
