Came to get new tires and I wasn’t very pleased with the service I received. Austin is who changed my tires and moved my car onto a lift to see if I needed an alignment done, my car didn’t need one so someone else drove my car and parked it in front of the store. As I was driving home my brakes would give out and I would have to push my brakes all the way against the floor for my car to come to a complete stop, my brake light came on and said brake fluid low. When I got home and got out of my car I noticed that one of my brake lines was broken, I could see a trail of brake fluid coming from my car. I called the store the next day because they were closed for the day and spoke to the manager Sr. Mathew, I told him what happened over the phone and I went back to store to talk to him directly and to show him the videos that I have of it. As I got back to the store I took a recording of where I parked and there was no brake fluid puddle or leakage anywhere. I talked to Mathew and recorded the conversation, I felt as if he was concerned but at the same time full of BS. I asked him why there were no cameras for when something like this happens and he said that it’s above his pay grade and I would have to ask the claim center that question. I then spoke to Austin who worked on my car and he even admitted that when using jacks to lift the car up things can get hit and ruined, I recorded that conversation as well. The lift they put my car on to do alignments had brake fluid on it. I went where they parked my car in front of the store and there’s was brake fluid. The fact that the Sr manager Mathew said it was above his pay grade when asked why there was as no cameras and that I needed to ask the claim center that question is pitiful. I talked to the claims center and asked them why there are no cameras and they said they don’t know they are a third party. For a company who changes tires all day to make a mistake like this and proceed to not want to do anything about it is a disgrace. The danger I was put in because they neglected to do their jobs right. Not even an apology was given. I will never come to this place again. What a joke. Rolo anwsered assured me my order was taken and was on its way. Came in the next Saturday morning to get things installed no rims were ordered no tires were ordered and they never bothered to call to inform me. So we got in computer and ordered some rims and tires and 2 snow tires 3 hours later they call me and say rhe rims I wanted and that we ordered were unavailable. Ok so we chose a alternative rim. Then they called said they couldn't get the tires and would hqve to swap them to a different ok then the snow tires I wanted they couldn't get and they would hqve to order in a special set of studded tires. Through all his I have explained what I'm doing manyvtimes to many different employees I'm buying my son 17" rims for Christmas. And installing 2 snow tires on front of his stock wheels. He has 2013 chevy sonic front wheel drive with drum rear brakes. Finally everything has come in and I show up to have the tires installed and they will only put snow tires on the rear. Now I totally understand company policy. And I would not have gotten so mad if I had not explain sooo many times to sooo many of there employees what I'm doing if they would have let me know I could not put just 2 snow tires n the front I would have purchased all 4 but insted the extremely rude counter boy decides its a wonderful idea to just stare at me and get a smart mouth. Well this company has lost my business for good I cant stant being lied to tell me the truth and whole truth from day one. Don't try to trap me into buying 4 tires. Took the tires and went to young chevy they installed the snow tires on the front of the car without issues. Read moreThe gentleman who helped me was super nice and helpful. He got me in straight away and was super friendly. Rachel walked in and was confrontational with Ryan who was helping me. As he turned to walk away she made a face at him . Had I not had such good service with Ryan, I wouldn't come back. She needs to learn how to work with others , how to communicate with coworkers in front of customers, and how to be professional. Had I not had good service Ryan helping me, I'd have given zero stars. She was so rude to hin and another gentleman . She was acting like this while in front of customers . He walked away, and she rolled her eyes . This was right in front of a customer at her register. There were probably 7 of us customers in there when this happened. The way she snaps at them is insane . If she can't be professional , she shouldn't be working on the floor with customers. I was truly shocked with her behavior and how she felt it was ok to talk to her coworkers and customers. If I come in again for tires , or rotating and balancing and she is the only person here I'll go elsewhere. You get 5 stars because of Ryan and the kind Hispanic gentleman that were in there. (So sorry I didn't catch his name) They were so kind. The Hispanic gentleman met me in the parking lot and was super friendly and super kind.
