Went through the drive-thru. Both drive thru lanes were moving at a decent pace for it being lunch time. Proceeded to the first window. Cashier gave us the total. It was like $13.20, we asked if they could break a $100 the answer was. She was given the $100 plus the exact change of 20 cents. She proceeded to hand us not only the wrong amount in bills but also change. We paid exact change so we knew it was incorrect even before counting it. Math-hard I know. The person continued giving us the incorrect amout 4x two of the four I counted to her not only what she gave me back but the correct way to count back change. This little tiff lasted a 4mins probably. We weren't being rude or aggressive in anyway. In the end she gave a second of attitude I don't fault her for that. It's was end of lunch rush but still busy. I understand her frustration been there ran lunch rush drive thru. I wholeheartedly know that if the money exchange dilemma would have lasted one or two minutes less time I wouldn't have anything to complain about due to the fact it wasn't the cashier's fault wasn't our fault it was just the time of day I know what happens but once we got to the second window because it sat there for the two or three minutes while we were stuck at the first window our food would have been warm our french fries would have been amazing. But in saying that I was asked to review the food so my chicken nuggets were cold the fries were cold mushy it's really not anyone's fault in that situation the McDonald's us the girl that just what happens it only takes minutes. I have been to this McDonald's a bunch before that I will continue to go a bunch after the day the circumstance just sucked for us but the McDonald's I am still going to rate fairly the store itself but I had to mention something about that specific day and unfortunately it was just...

Read moreI waited calmly and quietly for my meal for 30 minutes. It was busy, a holiday weekend, and everyone is short staffed right now. We watched several people that had waited shorter times than us get their food when bringing their wait time to management. So I went and also asked management why we were still waiting and why our number disappeared from the order screen. They refused to take our receipt to make our order like they had for multiple other people that had ordered after us. We again asked why it was taking so long and they only took our receipt. Then came with our cash in hand and told us to leave. I usually will give people the benefit of the doubt, and I really do understand that everyone is short staffed everywhere, but the blatant racism we saw today inside this McDonalds was a clear reflection of how people of Color are treated in Missouri. Every white person was served before my husband and I with a smile. Every interaction I watched with Black customers was...
