Palmieri's NY Style — Restaurant in Clinton

Great food. The pizza was amazing it was hot and tastes like fresh dough BUT. I didn't see a good amount of toppings the really gave a good amount of mushrooms and that was about it. My pizza was a small size sausage,mushroom,eggplant,and bacon and I didn't even taste the sausage or the eggplant. The putter side of the pizza didn't even have any cheese or toppings on it. It's like they are trying to cover cost or something but I wasn't happy. The taste was right on though. Also the staff were really nice. We also ordered a chicken salad and the cook never even put cheese on it. So it was a chicken and lettuce salad that was it. It was so bland. When it comes to chicken ceaser salad you can't forget the cheese it's a bad thing when you can't remember how to make an easy salad like that. The owner should think about hiring a new cook. We came out from Bristol ct to try this place and it wasn't what we'd expected as far as the way the food was made. Sad. The owner has a great place going there taste and freindlyness right on but it's the way the food is...

this place is absolutely impeccable!! my sister and i were in the area and wanted food and decided on this place and needless to say i’m very glad we did. the employees were sooo sweet. the food was a little more expensive then what i thought it would be but 100% worth it. my sister got the baked ziti for $13 which came with a very generous portion of pasta along with a very good and fresh side salad. my nephew got a cheese quesadilla with french fries for $10 also a very generous portion. i stole a few of his fries and dipped them in their salsa which was also very good and seemingly homemade. I ordered a small bacon and pineapple pizza for $10 which was AMAZINGGGG!!! our meal also included complementary garlic knots which were the best garlic knots i’ve ever had. i’ve eaten at a lot of good places in connecticut, this is 100% on my top 3 list now. our total was $39 and change and after tax, before tip. it was 1000% worth it. i definitely recommend this place. they mainly do takeout but they do have a couple tables inside...

This is THE BEST pizza in the area. Hands down! There will not be an item on the menu you will not care for. I'm not one to throw another under the bus but I noticed another "guide" reviewer on here that showed a picture with a feather on their food. 1st off, don't we think that 1. That's good luck. Gross, but good luck. Lol. 2. Obviously that's insane and had to have been random for ANY business. Went would that even happen. This place, of which I've come to for years and was sad when I had to move away and miss their food for a year and a half, they pride themselves on pleasing their customers with great food and service. Do you even know what a meatball IS?

OK, BACK TO MY REVIEWING ...:) Listen, try a slice of pizza. Indulge yourself in one of their cannoli's and a cream soda. Thank me later ;) SO glad I'm back. On my way there now! Tennessee doesn't know how to do pizza like New England. Sorry Tennessee. You got the Christian music game hands down...
