I’ve been to this place three times now. The first time was great. The second time was a nightmare. This is the third time and I’m done giving the pressed o another chance.
I had held back on giving a negative review after the second time I came here because mistakes happen, but the mistakes being made are a repetitive issue. The second time I ordered from here I had called 4-5 times hours ahead of time, finally got ahold of them and told them I would like to pick up the food at 12. I placed my order an hour ahead of time and sat there for an hour and a half waiting. Mind you this was during my work hours so I missed out on a lot of time at work and had to call my boss to tell them I was going to be late from my lunch break. There was a clear language barrier while I was there and the woman seemed very stressed trying to figure out how to make my order so I felt bad just leaving. For half of the time I was there she was on FaceTime being taught how to make everything. Towards the end of it she was signaling that she needed help with the computer and called me behind the counter to help her plug in wires and punch in my order on the business computer. I had no idea what I was doing and we could not communicate because of our language barrier. I had to call my friend at work who spoke Spanish to help me. He left work to help me, just to find out that she spoke Portuguese, not Spanish like she had said. This was a waste of my time and my coworkers time having to leave. We both left confused and had to talk to our bosses. I was overcharged for my order, our order was completely wrong, and I lost an hour and a half of time at work. I tried to send an email to discuss that I was overcharged but it has been over 8 months and I still have not received a reply. I sent an email to discuss it because every time I tried to call them they literally did not pick up the phone. While I was there two groups of people walked in and stood there for 10-15 minutes and left because they were not greeted or informed that they weren’t able to be taken care of.
We don’t have a lot of healthy options in Clinton. Two of my coworkers and I really enjoyed the food the first time we got it, it’s good clean eating. Even when it’s wrong it’s still good. So we decided to give it another try today. We called three times till we could get a response. We placed the order an hour ahead of time and asked for it to be done for our lunch break at 12. I double checked to make sure she heard my order correctly. We ordered three meals and three drinks. The order wasn’t done till 12:30, when our lunch break was already over. While my coworker was there waiting the woman had to call someone and ask how to make my avocado toast. I do not understand why this is the second time now that someone is working there and does not know how to make an order. The menu clearly states everything that is on/in each meal/drink. Our entire order ended up being wrong and missing ingredients. My loaded avocado toast was missing four ingredients on it. I have not left my now extended lunch break yet and my coworkers have texted me saying they’re all missing ingredients in their meals. One of them ordered a bowl and it came in three small containers and no bowl to mix anything in. My juice tastes like sweet dirt and missing the ginger. I’m not happy about any of this. I have other coworkers who have ordered from here before and have complained about the wait time being extremely late and missing ingredients as well.
We all really wanted to take advantage of having a healthy option for food in town for lunch but the word of mouth has been spreading throughout my workplace and this is not good for the business. We would have liked making this a regular spot for lunch but it’s just not...

I couldn't see the food because it was wrapped up but when I finally opened the lid, the lettuce was all brown and soggy, the cucumbers didn't taste fresh but rather hot and mushy. There were chunks of warm avocado, sprinkled with Quinoa. They took almost 40 minutes in the back just to give me this old, warm, mushy salad? I was late from my lunch break because of how awful the service was on top of not being able to eat lunch. Do not eat here, you will be highly disappointed. How are they still in business? Plus no one spoke a word of english, and we had to order and pay through someone over the phone and cashapped them the payment....

When I went I asked them which items I could have that are organic and at first they said all. Then I asked to see the container of the milks they use and it was non organic.
