Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Clinton

Ordered an Ice sugar cookie latte, white mocha and caramelicious. They asked me if I wanted the caramelicious hot or cold, I said hot. Didn’t even dawn on me about the white mocha which I assumed would be hot since I didn’t say ICED. Comes out ice and I asked why she didn’t ask me hot or cold on the white mocha…deer in headlights. I told her I wanted hot and still the deer in headlights. I was like I’m literally going to pour this out. One would think she would make it right. Nope. I poured it out and drove back around for a hot one since as I already had the other two for our office. She literally acted surprised i was back. If you went through with your eyes closed you wouldn’t know this wasnt starbucks. Which is my go to coffee place. This place however has several more and better options for food and coffee flavours. And i would like to chime in towards the other comments. I would personally prefer you not add my sweetener yourself. You cant really please everyone all the time. They are doing pretty good by my book. Prices are acceptable. Service is quick. Cold foods are cold and hot foods are hot. With everyone struggling to stay open due to shortages in employees I think this place deserves...

January 4, 2024 - I went to Scooter’s for coffee because I received one of their gift cards for Christmas. It is not my go to place, but Scooter’s is a nice alternative to Starbucks and Panera. The staff at the Clinton, Illinois location was friendly and moved me quickly through the drive through line. I ordered a red eye black.
