Bojangles — Restaurant in Clover

Had to go through drive thru because the lobby was closed even tho online said it was opened and there were no signs stating it was drive thru only. Got to the speaker box and the person taking my order kept interrupting me while I was trying to put my order in. I ordered 2 Cajun biscuits two plain biscuits a large fries and a large bo round and it totaled to 18$. A little expensive for bojangles. Went up to the window and did not get a hello or how are you just blurted out my total to me with her hand out. I hand her my card and asked if they had honey mustard. Completely ignored me. Gave me my card and handed me a bag of food. As I was getting closer to home found out I only got one plain biscuit normally I would have been ok whatever but this order was 18$ and the lady at the window didn’t give me a receipt at all she could have charged me for more than that for all I know. Went back to the store and had to go through the drive thru again because the lobby was still locked and told them I was missing a biscuit and she looked at us with so much disrespect and turned around to get another one. She should be fired for how rude and disrespectful she is. Once I got home me and my boyfriend started to eat our food the Cajun biscuit just falls apart very displeasing and the Bo rounds were soggy like they were under cooked. So gross I had to throw it out. This is the most disgusting and rudest employees...

I ordered food on the night of April 19th and when I got home some of the food was missing ingredients or all together the wrong items. I went back to the store and the employee at the window told me that it was because they only keep certain ingredients after a certain time of night. Understandable, so she said she would write me down in the IOU book. I came back yesterday to purchase a drink and to get my items. I had a nice interaction with a new employee at the window; however, when the manager Mykal came to the window she portrayed that me needing her assistance was annoying her and when I told her about the situation she just told me that there was no record of me being in the book. So I asked, “Does that mean I just don’t get the food?” She proceeded to loudly sigh and tell the associates to “Just give her the food.” I understand that the food industry is a tough business, but unfortunately my food was wrong from a previous experience and I came to get my food the correct way. Luckily, the new young woman at the window and another employee, Mall, were very friendly and took care of me in a way that their MANAGER did not. Mykal is unprofessional...

My order was horrible. Fries were cold and soggy, biscuit was hard and I didn't even get the rest of my order correctly. I order their chicken strip and ended up get a sausage biscuit sandwich. The sausage patty looked like a hockey puck. Dry and black. It was sooo disgusting. They NEVER have mashed potatoes. Worst part is getting home and seeing that my order was completely ruined and disgusting.

On a happier note decided to drive to KFC and order chicken strips and mashed potatoes after leaving Bo's. Something told me to go and order KFC. So glad I did. They had mashed potatoes and the chicken strips were hot and juicy. Not dry at all. I'm glad I decided to listen to my gut because otherwise I would've been without dinner if I had depended on Bojangles.

FYI: this is the second Bojangles location I've tried and so far I learned BOJANGLES IS DISGUSTING. 🤢 I don't know how people like this place. I'm not even a KFC fan either. I haven't had KFC in years. I was shocked how well KFC was. So GO TO KFC...
