Nagoya is a small restaurant needing to be thoroughly cleaned from front door ceil and back! I did NOT see one Japanese person. I told cashier that it was my first time, but she rushed me to order! I ordered the 10pcs shrimp hibachi that was plain bland with no taste, the sauce I did not use, I tested sauce but so sweet to cover up poor quality of food! $17 meal had 2 small scoops of suppose to be fried rice that was horrible with 2 tablespoons of veggies! The 3 piece Crab raccoons were nasty, they must take a knife and tap with crab filling inside bcuz itâs all crust! This food was awful, a waste of my $, and I donât understand how they received 4.5 stars! This restaurant is an absolute no, donât eat there! My stomach started aching right after eating! RIP...
Read moreI had placed an order online and they were busy when I walked in, so they asked me to just wait a few minutes. The green tea, I can taste was steeped too long/in too hot water. Their rolls are not the best and small though, but they're cheap. The rice in the sushi rolls is not seasoned and obviously not cooled before making the roll. It's important to season the rice to give the roll more flavor, and it also gives the rice time to cool down before spreading it on the roasted seaweed. Applying fresh hot steaming rice onto the seaweed just takes away its crunch and makes it flimsy and soggy. Real plates for eating in would...
