I finished my shift at 9 PM and made the nearly 30-minute drive to the subway, which is conveniently close to my house and stays open until 10 PM. I thought it would be a great opportunity to grab a bite to eat.
However, when I arrived at 9:32, I found the doors locked, the "open" sign turned off, and the employees inside busy mopping the floors.
Can someone explain how a place that is supposed to close at 10 PM is already shutting down at 9:30? I noticed that the two workers inside looked quite young, possibly teenagers or in their early twenties, which made it clear why they felt comfortable closing early—probably because their manager wasn’t around. There was also a woman in there, but I could only make out her ponytail. I had driven all this way to pick up subs for my son and me for dinner, only to find that I couldn’t even get any food. I had to rush to another place before everything else closed since they also shut down at 10 PM.
It’s incredibly frustrating to see this subway employ people who seem indifferent to their responsibilities. It’s disheartening that some staff members think it’s acceptable to cut...
Read moreWe came in tonight and ordered 3 meals to go and it ended up being a train wreck that we didn't notice until we got home. The meat ball sub was supposed to be "boss", when we got home and realized it was not prepared correctly but we were charged the higher amount, the turkey Cali club also was not prepared correctly, it did not have the bacon or avocado and when I Un wrapped it, it looked like vomit in a bag. Like someone rung out a dish rag. We only got 4 out of the 6 cookies that was supposed to be the meal. And 3 sweet teas we poured out at home. We love sweet tea but this tea was so thick it was like syrup. 2 footlongs and one 6in to the tune of $30. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had at this store. 4 staff walking around clueless. Hopefully this gets to the right person. We probably won't be back. Almost every visit has been messed up somehow but this trip pretty...
Read moreSo there was one adult working here forever by herself. She managed to keep up most of the time we always tipped her, felt bad her help was always calling out. Tonight was a special experience. There are 6 teenagers in here. It like the 6 stooges. They are yelling at each other and playing around. We decided to sit down and eat to continue the show. They literally locked us in and decided to take a break for 30 mins put a sign on the door and everything. People walked up watched us eating got mad and walked away. The only reason we ate the food is we watched what they were doing with gloves. I would not eat here if you did not watch them make your food. The show was great but we will probably not eat here again unless we see...
