KFC of clover has got to be the absolute worst KFC in the industry. If not South Carolina itself. They were out of drinks they were out of ice they were out of original chicken. They were extremely slow we were there for over 20 minutes waiting on two individual orders. I've ordered the spicy chicken bowel three times, the first time I had it it was awesome. The second time it was very very good. The third time that I ordered it it had no spicy sauce on it whatsoever. Anytime you go through the drive-thru it's going to take you over half an hour to get through from the time you pull in the parking lot to the time you pull out. Though we live in Clover we will go to Kings Mountain or Gastonia to get our chicken we are not going back to KFC again because of such lousy service no explanation and they are always out of whatever we order. Not happy with the Clover South Carolina KFC at all they should lose...
Read moreThis Clover, SC, "KFC/Taco bell" is absolutely the Best. Food was wonderful..!! And the Staff were friendly, courteous & they "Smile". Definitely supersedes the other location in York, SC. "Seriously" York needs to take pointers from these guys. Furthermore, I was telling my son about the York location. He told me, he & his partner had the same experience in York. Jus sayn, they are "Piedmont Paramedics" who had stopped at the York location to grab something to eat. Hopefully they'll have more "spare time" to drive to the other location. We'll definitely drive a few extra miles to be treated "Better". (and no, I'm not related to or know any of these employees) I just think people should be acknowledged for what they do (naturally) that's really not part of their job description. Keep up the great hospitality in...
Read moreI know that the whole world is short staffed. But there is no excuse for sending a drive thru customer to park and wait for their order, realizing the chicken is frozen and you can't fulfill the chicken sandwich order, and not following up with the customer! One of my family members sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes before knocking on the locked lobby door to get someone's attention. The worker then admitted that the chicken was frozen and the order couldn't be filled. A refund was given only after it was requested several times and that took over an additional 5 minutes. If you're selling chicken, why is the chicken in the freezer? At any rate, you can't leave customers sitting indefinitely in the parking lot with no follow up. Short staffed is not an excuse for getting orders wrong or leaving...
