Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Clover

Everytime I go here the service is slow and something is always wrong with the food so I either have to take it back or call them. You'd think the food would be right because of how long it takes but no. Even when they repeat the order back to you it's wrong. Then you have to go inside and wait another 10 mins for them to fix your food. For example: when I ask for no tomatoes on my gordida, there's always tomatoes on it after they repeat it back to me AND I wait in the drive thru for 10 mins or if I go inside, 20 mins. It's always slower when you go inside. When I get the K13 chicken sandwich they always use the taco lettuce and put in on my sandwich. until now. Now they won't do it because according to the store manager "it's not apart of the original recipe." They won't use the lettuce for the tacos, which they have in the store, for my sandwich because KFC doesn't put that on their food. So now they charge me 30¢ for a tiny cup of lettuce because taco Bell ingredients cannot be used on KFC foods. And I'm guessing that goes either way. To make it quick and simple, I get out of my job late every once in a while so I try going to this location which says it closes at 9pm or 10pm depending on the day, this location ALWAYS closes early, I’ll come up at like 8:20 and get an automated voice telling me they are closed like an hour before they close 9/10 times. There is also these two women who run the window most nights, who always have such an attitude, one younger and one older. Had one of them literally throw my food at me, and they both just slam the window shut once they hand you your food. Everyone else who works there is super nice though, I’ve gone once or twice earlier in the day and it’s a whole different vibe.

The food is hit or miss though, again the two times I’ve gone earlier in the day they got everything right and nothing was cold but when I go anytime after like 6pm they ALWAYS mess things up by giving me the wrong things or missing stuff. It’s either that or the food is...

Visited twice over the past 2 weeks and positive experince. There was a shrill boy with brown hair and stickers on his hat that was very excited to take my order, I informed him of my daughter's allergy and he made sure the food was separate and no contamination. I asked at the window and he said he had been trained for food safety. Very happy. Even played with my daughter while food was being made and gave us an extra taco. The same boy served me before and was very patient when I had informed him it was my first time in 15 years at KFC. He gave me suggestions and was very honest on his own preferences.
