I come here frequently to get drinks for myself and my coworkers. I will be finding a new location because of Clair. I put in an order in and it was made incorrectly. When I have an issue with a drink I try to be as nice as possible bringing it up because these baristas deal with a lot. Clair stood there and argued with another batista about not wanting to remake my drink and it seemed like she couldn't understand that my drink with cold foam did not get whipped cream. This took a solid five to ten minutes of her just arguing and refusing to remake my drink. She could have remade it multiple times in the time she spent arguing. I don't know if she was arguing with a supervisor or what but the way she was speaking to her coworker was incredibly disrespectful. I have seen her have an attitude almost every time I have been to this location. Everyone else is always happy but her negative energy overshadows every other part of the experience. Saying that remaking drinks that YOU messed up is stupid and that you don't want to do it!? That's your whole job and maybe if you did it right the first time you wouldn't have to remake it. I used to love this location, the people there are nice and friendly. I love the workers who have been there for awhile. However I refuse to go to this location now. There’s a new worker who is always on mobile orders who never makes my drinks right. The drink I order looks a specific way, it’s a layered drink. Every time she makes it it looks like a latte, or mixed together. Every time she works and makes my drink, I always have to have it remade. When she remakes it she makes it the same exact way, no improvements. I just have to take it I’m not going to ask for it to be remade three or four times. I’m convinced she doesn’t know how to make an iced brown sugar shaken espresso. No brown sugar flavor, it just taste like milk and coffee mixed. Im sure she doesn’t put the correct shots, it pretty much just taste like milk with a coffee flavor. She never puts the cold foam on top either, I don’t bother asking after I’ve been waiting 30+ minutes for a drink that doesn’t taste good. Went there today with a large order of 12 drinks for my office and requested for the names of each individual to be written on each cup to make distributing the beverages easy. The girl taking my order was very helpful and obliged. However, the rest of the staff looked at me as if I had severely inconvenienced them with my order. One even going as far as to inform me that they no longer wrote names on cups for large orders. Needless to say, this combined with the weird looks from the staff of six or so women was enough to make me uncomfortable. The girl who took my order even apologized for how they reacted.The order itself was ready fairly quickly but the experience was horrible.
